She's about 7 years old sitting in a brown cushioned armchair waiting for her mother in a lobby. In front of her there is the front desk with a lady behind it tapping away on her computer.

But Brit was not staring at the lady; she was staring at the sign on the wall that read S.M.I.T.E.

She never understood this company that her mother worked for.

Brit began to hum a simple tune, when her mother emerged from a silver door.

"Good morning Sarah." The lady at the desk said as her mother walked by.

"Morning Grace."

"Sorry Brit, the meeting went on a little longer than I expected." She explained.

"It's ok mom."

They walked outside and the sun beat down upon them on this warm spring day.

Brit and her mother made their way outside to be met by two black limos where Sarah's sister Lisa, was waiting for them.

"Aunt Lisa!" Brit screamed as she ran towards her.

"Hey hun'!" she replied while giving Brit a hug.

"Hello Lisa." Sarah said in a bitter tone.

"Sarah." She replied.

The two sisters never saw eye to eye on anything, but after Brit's father died Lisa helped take care of Brit when necessary.

"Aunt Lisa guess what!" Brit said trying to change the subject.

"What is it!." She replied

"I finally lost this tooth."

"Oh my dear that is wonderful!"

Sarah was to busy looking through her purse when she finally said. "You know what, I think I left something inside, I'll be back, you guys go on without me."

And with that Sarah went back inside the building as Aunt Lisa and Brit went into one of the limos.

Then all of a sudden, there was a blinding light followed by a muffled roar as the building was engulfed in a wave of flame and black smoke.

Debris was flying everywhere and the building began to crumble.

The S.M.I.T.E. building had just been bombed.

Brit couldn't believe her eyes as she finally came back to reality. She was functional for only a second when an unexpected piece of debris came crashing through the window and slammed against her head.

Everything went dark....
