Kat barely got any sleep that night so she was glad she took a nap yesterday. The day before, Charlie answered the questions very vaguely. But she pushed everything about that night out of her head, Kat had to focus on the wedding. It was only six days away! She had to get a dress, band, food, waiters, priest, flower girl, and so much more!! Oh I hope Charlie has got his suit. Oh I also need to talk to him about the flower girl. Mary, or Rachel? Kat was making her way to both their bedroom to talk to him. "Yeah, okay. In two days? Got it. Bye" Kat stopped outside the door. Who was he talking to? Was it the same person as last night? She opened the door." Hey babe, I just heard you talking to someone. Was it work? Do you have to go?" "Ummmm yes, yes I do have to go. Is that okay?" Fine. Just as long as your home for dinner." "Got it. Bye!" Kat noticed he wasn't in his work clothes. She retrieved her phone and called his office. "Hello Miss Edwards. Why are you calling?" "Uh, did you call Charlie to the office?" Kat knew it was an insane question, but she couldn't let it go. "No. Why?" Her heart skipped a beat. "No reason. Bye!" Kat plopped herself onto the bed and sobbed, and sobbed and sobbed and sobbed. She cried so much she cried herself to sleep.
