Chapter 4.
Pov. Jeremy
Brook, Chloe and I arrive at the theater room, it's a large hall and it reminds of a cinema, most of all because of the rows of chairs in front of the big stage.
We walked along the path between the chairs, I go up the stairs at the side of the stage.
In the middle of the stage is a circle out of chairs , everyone is already there except for Mr. Reyes.
I sit down between Rich and Christine .
That's when the heavy metal door opens and closes with a loud bang we all turn around.
Our Teacher walks in, behind him is... Michael?
What is Michael doing here?
He has never participated in a play.
Mr Reyes claps his hands together as he climbs up the stairs.
"Soooo everyone we got a new face, you all probably know him but anyway... this is Michael"
I watch as Mr. Reyes turns towards Michael, who's still standing behind the bald man.
"What are you waiting for go and take a seat"
Reyes set him self down and Michael does as he's told and does the same.
The last free seat is between Jenna and Chloe, poor Michael.
But it isn't that bad because we sit exactly across from each other, what gives me the opportunity for eye contact.
My best friend gives me a small wave with his hand, mouthing a "Help me"
I chuckle.
"You're sure he's not your boyfriend?"
I tense at Richs words.
"Nooo he's not! Your Bi ass is just in a shipping mood because you wanna hook up with Jake"
Ohhh that hit a nerve.
Rich turns red and I hear him mumble
"Not true"
Mr Reyes claps his hands agin
"I SAID ATTENTION!!!"
Ohhh fuck that was loud, I wanna look at michael but I know that I can't right now because all eyes are laid on me and Rich, since we are the reason for the teachers outburst.
Why do I always have to embarrass myself?
"Is everyone listening?"
We all nod our heads in agreement.
"Good, sooo the next school play will be... drum-roll please"
We all stomp our feet.
"THE HEATERS" ... wait what?
I raise my hand and the others seam to be very confused as well, except for Jenna she squeals in joy.
"Yeah Jeremy what do you want?"
"Mr Reyes Heathers is a musical... isn't it?"
He looks at me with a winning grin
"It's also a movie, Jeremiah"
Ohhh good that was close, I let out a relieved breath.
"But we are performing the musical version"
Ooohhhh come on, this can't be true!
