Eleanor's profile:19th December:

I woke up to a sharp pain in both my stomach and back. I could also hear Louis whispering.

"I can't wait to meet you, sweetheart," He whispered. "You're going to be my little princess."

I yawned and slowly sat up. I saw Louis was talking to Honey. "Good morning."

"Good morning, love," Louis smiled rubbing his hand over my bump. "How's my wife today."

We were married for five months and we were still in the honeymoon phase.

"I've got a tummy ache and my back hurts. How are you?"

Louis sat next to me and rapped his arm around me. "I'm fine, but now I'm a little worried about you."

"Why?"

"Well, you said you have a tummy ache and Dr Brookes said Honey is due on the 19th..."

"She didn't say she was due on the 19th, she said she was due between the 19th and 28th."

"But still...it could be today!"

I smiled and kissed him. "I don't think so."

Unfortunately another sharp pain hit me, making me hiss.

"Are you ok? Was it a contraction?" Louis asked begining to panic.

I sighed. "I'm not going into labor today."

"But what if you do?"

"Drive me to the hospital," I said before getting out of bed. "I'm going to make breakfast, what do you want?"

"Oh no you don't," Louis almost shouted. "Sit back down, I'm making breakfast."

I shook my head and walked out of the bedroom. "Fine. I craving pancakes."

I went down stairs and sat at the kitchen table and sighed as the pain didn't stop.

"So Christmas is six days away!" Louis cheered changing the subject from my pain to something else.

I smiled. He was such a big kid. "Yeah, yeah, it is."

"And everyone is coming tomorrow." He added getting the pancake mix out of the cupboard.

"And Santa is coming four days after." I giggled.

After a couple of minutes we were eatting pancakes and talking.

"How are you feeling now?" Louis asked.

The pain had stoped a little but it was still there. "It's not that bad now."

That Afternoon:

I had been in pain all morning and around lunchtime Louis decided to take me to the hospital.

"Hello Mrs Tomlinson, what's seems to be the problem?" Dr Brookes asked checking her notes.

"I've been having pains all morning and Louis thinks I'm going into labor, but I'm not sure." I answered.

"Alright then. I'm just going to ask a couple questions and then we'll see what's going on," Dr Brookes put the notebook down. "Ok, when was the last 'contraction'?"

I thought about it. I hadn't had one in a while. "About twenty minutes ago...why what's wrong?"

"Nothing, Mrs Tomlinson, nothing. It might just be a case of false labor. Nothing for you to panic over."

"False labor?" Louis asked. "How can she be in false labor?"

"When it's close to their due date, some women have false labor pains," Dr Brookes explained. "Now Mrs Tomlinson, I think the best thing for you to do is go home have some rest, drink plenty of water and don't get stressed."

"Don't get stressed? It's coming up to Christmas and we've got both sides of the family coming tomorrow and then there's Louis' birthday on top of that..."

"Just relax, I'm sure Mr Tonlinson will help you."

I looked at Louis, who smiled at me.

"Of course I will." He said reaching out and held my hand.

When we got home Louis had decided he was going to make sure I didn't have to lift a finger.

I was lying on the sofa wrapped in a blanket, watching TV.

"Here's a cup of tea, love." Louis smiled giving me the cup.

"Thank you."

Louis sat on the floor next to the sofa and rubbed my bump. "I can't believe she's not here."

I sat up a little and took a sip of my tea. "I told you I'm not going into labor today."

Louis sighed. "But I was excited. I was ready to call mum to tell her that her granddaughter was coming."

I smiled and kissed his cheek. "She'll come when she's ready."

Louis kissed my bumps and talked to Honey.

"Come out soon, Honey bee, daddy want's to meet you!"

I laughed. "I'm sure she want's to meet you too, but she'll come when she's good and ready."
