SHOOT! 25 text messages and 10 missed calls. All from Mom. For sure lagot ako nito. I sigh and decided to call her. Glad the reception have a charger that fits mine and got my battery charged.
"Mom.."
"For Pete's sake Eirene Lauren Gonzales! What happened to you?! I've been calling you for hours!" Napapikit ako sa bulyaw ni Mommy.
"I'm sorry Mom. Please calm down I am fine."
"How will I calm down kung you're unreachable since last night?!" I sigh.
"Sorry Mommy. May biglaang kasing nangyari and I didn't had the chance to use phone." I said trying to explain things in easy way.
"Care to explain?" I can see through my imagination my Mom's brow arching up. I told her what happened well except from the mistakenly bringing me of that Ross. Just made up a little story that I got the job and had a super duper busy schedule on the spot.
"Okay. I am glad you got the job but I am still worried Eirene." Mom calmed down.
"I am fine Mom. Don't worry too much okay?" I said assuring her everything is fine even it's not. Well I can't tell her.
"Okay. At least you are now okay honey. Oh well, for sure you still have busy schedule so I'll let you go now. Always remeber I love you honey."
"I love you too Mom. Take care." And then the call ended. I sigh. I miss Mom so damn much. I decided to put back my phone inside my bag and lay down.
I already had a day here and still need to wait for more days before coming back to reality. Ano kayang magiging buhay ko after this? Well, I got the job. Nauna nga lang yung vacation dahil kay Ross. Might as well as enjoy this and think it's a welcome vacation from a stressing father.
I stood up and went to my clothes and look for a summer get up. Maglilibot nalang ako and see how beautiful is this place.
After getting up, I went outside. Medyo tirik na yung araw pero okay lang. It's close to lunch time na din. Siguro, I should look for Ross na din.
Nakailang stalls na 'ko pero I haven't seen that guy yet. Saan naman kaya nagsuot 'yun? Ah bahala na nga siya. He can eat by himself anyway.
So I went back to our cottage to put down the things I brought before going to the restau. I was about to go out when Ross came in.
"Been looking for you." I said.
"Why?" Asking while looking for a shirt because he's soaking wet.
"Lunch?"
He smiled and nodded.
IT'S been 6 days since we got here and I can say this vacation is worth it. Ross and I tried all the activities here and I really enjoyed a lot.
"I have a good news."
I glance at Ross who just came in.
"Early morning tomorrow the heli will be here." He smilingly said.
That made me smile too. But at the same time, I feel sad. But why? Dahil ba we all know na right after this day, everything will be back in reality?
Tahimik akong napailing. What are you thinking Eirene? You should be happy dahil atlast makakabalik ka na and do what you must do.
"That would be nice. At last! Matatapos din yung araw araw kong pagtitiis kasama ka." I smirkingly said that made him frown.
"Mean." Nakangusong sabi niya saka lumabas ulit. Why do I find it cute? Whoah. Shut it out Eirene. Ano ba mga pinag iisip mo?!
Makapag swimming na nga lang. Kailangan ko lang siguro ng vitamin sea. Yeah. I just need to freshen up.
Kanina pa 'ko naghahalungkat ng pwede ipang swimming kaso wala akong ibang makita kundi yung binili ni Pervert Madrigal. Yes, talagang binili niya pala talaga 'to. Pervert. At dahil no choice ako, yun ang sinuot ko.
Red two piece swim suit. This suits my fair skin. In fairness, marunong si Perv mamili. Kaso revealing talaga. Well, what's new with Madrigal? Maniac 'yun e.
I went to the beach. Nilublob ko na agad yung sarili ko. Nakakatuwa talaga sa lugar na 'to. So relaxing. So beautiful. One day I will go back here with mom.
