Scott’s POV

A new dawn rises over the fjords. Ships pull up to the docks. Guests pile out. I can hear a dock master says “Welcome to Arendelle!”

A boy tries to get away as his MOTHER tries to stuff him in his bunad jacket, “Why do I have to wear this?”

“Because the King has come of age. It’s Coronation Day!” says the mother.

                “That’s not my fault.”

And I’m here chatting with my reindeer. Avi hops around excitedly like a dog and nuzzles my chest.

“What do you want, Avi?” I’m hidding a carrot behind me.

I lean in and speak for Avi, as if he can, “Give me a snack.”

I say again, “What’s the magic word?”

I speak for Avi, “Please!”

I pull a carrot out of my shirt pocket and hand it to Avi. Avi tries to bite the whole thing.

“UH! Uh. Uh. Uh! Share!”

Avi takes a smaller bite. I then has a bite myself, not seeming to care that it’s covered in reindeer slobber.

Kirstie’s POV

I’m still in my dream now.

KNOCK. KNOCK.

“Princess Kirstin...?” Someone speaks. I bet it’s a man.

I sit up. I got major bedhead. I cough. Snort. Pull a hair from my mouth.

“Princess Kirstin?” he calls again.

“...Huh? Yeah?”

“Sorry to wake you, ma’am but—“

“No, no, no, you didn’t.” I yawn “I’ve been up for hours.”

I fall back asleep while sitting. I’m about to snore.

Suddenly my head drops, startling me awake, “Who is it?”

“It’s still me, ma’am. The gates will open soon. Time to get ready.” A man says again.

I cover my  face with my hand, “Of course” I rub my eyes, “ready for what?”

“Your... brother’s coronation, ma’am.” He answers (still out of my room).

I still close my eyes, “My brother’s..ahhh.. corneration...”

One eye opens enough to catch sight of my coronation dress.

CORONATION DRESS????

I bolt, wide awake in excitement, “It’s Coronation Day!”

Hall...

I burst out of my room, wearing my coronation dress. I finish pinning ribbons in my hair. Seeing the hustle and bustle of preparations, I can’t help but SING.

                “It’s coronation day!” I shout.

THE WINDOW IS OPEN!

SO'S THAT DOOR!

I DIDN'T KNOW THEY DID THAT ANYMORE.

WHO KNEW WE OWNED 8000 SALAD PLATES...?

I slide along the floor of the ballroom in my socks.

FOR YEARS I HAVE ROAMED THESE EMPTY HALLS

WHY HAVE A BALLROOM WITH NO BALLS?

FINALLY, THEY'RE OPENING UP THE GATES!
