A/N: I unpublished this but I republished it so my best friend can read it lol. Have fun, it's still very bad...
********************************************The puddles under my feet don't matter. My heavy panting doesn't matter. The pain in my bloody arm doesn't matter, nothing matters.
My feet hit the ground over and over again, so many times I forget the count of them. I just want to go home, but home doesn't exist for me...
The houses in front of me seem to be multiplying and reducing to nothing at the same time. I have lost blood, I have low blood sugar, this will be the end of me, I will die on muddy streets of a village I don't know.
"No..." I pant out the words despite the pain it causes me, saying words helps make them happen. My eyes barely register the event in front of me, when I reach the top of a ladder I wonder if I ever intended to get there.
My hands dance in front of me, as I try to understand that they still exist, that they're real. Dark ink paints my right arm, no, not ink... blood.
My blood, dark as night falls to the floor of wherever it is I'm standing. Looking down makes me feel sick. I hold the house's door, trying to snap out of this dream, but it'd be so easy to just let go...
The door opens, causing me to fall to my hands and knees in front of a young girl. Her eyes are a heavenly brown, asking me questions I don't understand. Shame rises up my cheeks as I spill my guts out in front of her feet.
The next few moments pass in a blur but I can dimly feel arms wrapping around me and moving me. I close my eyes as I feel exhaustion take over and let the heavenly girl take care of me.

"Subject B18, stand up from your spot please." A girl's wailing drives me to my feet, extending my arm out. The girl goes quiet as the guards' menacing form approaches. I know what this is. I've experienced it countless times, but it still hurts each time.
The man in front of me checks his device. he calls it an analyzer, something that checks my blood and tells him the results of his experiments.
"Hmm, I'm sorry to say that but we're still going to need you for a couple more tests." He fakes a sorrowful face, but I've been here enough to know it's fake.
I match his expression as I move to the other line, where they will be feeding me pills and the next and the next and the...

I feel like my consciousness is slipping. I grip onto it and realize I'm literally gripping someone's arm. I moan at the feeling of something damp touching my arm, my hands trying to push it away.
"Shh, it's going to be fine." The voice I hear twists in my head and I feel like I'm seeing the voice instead of hearing it, the same brown eyes dance in front of my vision.
My hand moves around aimlessly, my body squirming as if I've been stabbed a thousand times. Considering the number of experiments that have been performed on me, I very well might have.
My hand falls next to my body, it feels so lifeless, so aimless... just like me.

"Push it with your power, not your hands." The voice echoes through my head but feels like a whisper. I extend my arms as far as I can and try to reach within, feeling the darkness rise, engulfing me, drowning me.
When it feels like my body can no longer take the energy I push out with force. Several chairs get knocked around, but no this is not enough. They want me to make the sky fall, I will show them how good I can make the sky fall.
