It is nighttime during Arthurian times, the city of Camelot is in mayhem. Devilish creatures terrorize the citizens and households are engulfed in large flames. We follow one citizen as they struggle to reach the gate of a nearby castle. One of the watch-guards notices the struggling victim and calls for the other guards to help the citizen in.

They bring the citizen into a large hall where King Arthur and his Knights of the Roundtable are gathered. The citizen tells the group of the madness happening in the streets. The Lords of Camelot all agree to fight to save their city. Arthur and his Knights fight like it's their last as they fend off winged and terrifying creatures of dark energy. Knowing that these creatures hailed from a different dimension, Arthur's wisest and most powerful Knight, Merlin, knew who would summon such horrific beasts, his cast out apprentice, Morgan Le Fay.

Merlin was a master of the mystic arts, as well as the ector of the European sanctum, which was located in Camelot at the time. Morgan Le Fay was one of his students that wanted to expand her knowledge of other mystical powers in the universe. Merlin saw the growing darkness inside her and cast her out of Camelot to prevent any harm to its people.

After a hard-fought battle, King Arthur and his Knights round up any survivors they can find, until they were interrupted by a disruptive commotion nearby. From out of the darkness, the figure of Morgan Le Fay appeared, smirking with delight at the madness that she had caused. Arthur rallies his followers quickly to make one last charge to stop her. The battle was a struggle for most of Arthur's knights, but Arthur put up a solid fight to keep her distracted long enough for Merlin to ensnare her in a bind. She gave out a great screeching cry in frustration of her own capture.

She is taken to the dungeons of the castle, where she will reside until her sentencing the following day. Merlin stops by to lecture her, trying to breath sense into his former apprentice. "This is exactly why I worked so closely with you", he explains." You have such a desire to learn and grow, but that leads you to down paths that are uncertain, and that uncertainty can get you into troublesome situations." Morgan smirked, chuckling his words away as if they were flies that had to be flicked away. "My desire," she replied, "is to be the best, and the only way to be the best, is to gain everything bit of knowledge the universe has to offer." She glared at her former master, seeing the disappointment in his eyes. He then turned his body around, as if to find something behind him, but all that was there was an empty dark hallway.

She then shifted her eyes toward the direction Merlin was facing, and from out of the darkness a green light shined down the hall, acting like a spotlight upon the two. Behind the light, a dark hooded figure walked through the shadows toward them. The figure walked into the moonlight alongside Merlin and took off it's hood, revealing a man with long black hair and a sharp jaw line covered with facial hair of the same color. The man shifted his attention to Merlin, reaching out his hand for Merlin's. Merlin reached out and shook the man's hand, "Thank you for coming, Master Agamotto", he said in delight. Agamotto nodded back respectfully, staying silent while shifting his focus on Morgan.

He took a small breath before speaking to her, "For all your talk of learning, you certainly don't have the best teachers." Merlin stared down at the ground in embarrassment, thinking that he was talking about him. Agamotto continued, "What does your current teacher ask of you, and what does he hope to gain from it?", implying that he knew who her new mentor was. Morgan moaned, playfully turning away from the two masters toward the opposite wall of her cell. "Now if I told you, then I would spoil all the excitement." She turns back to them, changing her voice to invoke a darker tone," Besides, it matters little. He's in this for the long game, so whether it takes me a lifetime to accomplish his wishes, or he finds someone else to do it for me, nothing will save you."

The next day, all the surviving citizens of Camelot are gathered to witness the consequences that are set for Morgan. Arthur and his followers agree to imprison her in an enchanted casket provided by Merlin. Before she was imprisoned, she gives her final vow, allowing all to hear, "This cursed prison will not save you, the powerful forces that will cleanse the earth will wait for my return and when I do, I will make humanity suffer, you will all endure my wrath." Once she is trapped in the casket, Merlin uses his knowledge of the mystic arts to prevent any force to brake his spell to keep her locked in the casket for eternity. The casket is placed behind ten meters of brick in a castle wall, with her lifeless body concealed within it.

Afterwards, Merlin and Agamotto discuss the implications of what might happen should she break free. "Master, our spell is powerful yes, but can we be certain that she will be contained?" Agamotto places his hand Merlin's shoulder with a confident smile upon his face. "My friend, you have nothing to worry about. Your enchanted casket alone should keep her imprisoned for a thousand years. To ensure that she stays longer, I have used the power of my stone to expand that time", he said as he drew attention to the glowing, green stone that was encased in his necklace, "time will be her ultimate barrier." Merlin clasped his lips thinking of any other possibility. "Is there anything that can break your stone's hold," he questioned. "Only something of equal power to this stone can break its hold," he answered back. Merlin hesitated," And if someone with that kind of power stumbles upon her?" Agamotto paused for a couple moments, pondering the consequences of such an event. He raises his eyes toward Merlin with a half-stressed expression on his face, and responds, "Then I pray for the poor soul that suffers through what awaits them in that casket."

A/N- Hey there, here is the beginning of my first story. I had this written story for almost two years now and am finally applying it to something . I hope you will stick around and see what happens. I am trying to make this story pick up after Captain America: Civil War, and lead into where they are in Avengers: Infinity War.

I'm also hard at work developing the second story that I have posted on my page about Kim Possible and the Spectacular Spider-Man crossover. If you're interested in that, please comment if you would be interested.
