We held our EIA showcase in the theatre. I spoke about how we could reach out to the Chandni Chowk people and help clean up the area around our campus. I received polite applause. Honestly, I hadn't worked on it that much, with all the craziness that took place this term, I couldn't focus. I started applauding when Drake came up to present his plan.
"Hello everyone. Thank you so much for your time. Believe it or not, when I first came here, I hated this place. For me, boarding school was punishment. But, over this term, I've made some good friends and honestly, I wouldn't trade this for a million bucks. As I became a bigger part of the community here, I've noticed that there are kids at our school who get bullied for things beyond their control. One of these targeted people, is my friend. After watching her suffer for a full term, I decided that this was going to be my EIA project."
Wait, was he talking about me?
