After many hours of reviewing and exhaustion, the class finally ended. Finally. Those questions took ten years off my life. "Alright, class. That's it for today. Please remember to review when you get home as well. The exam is not going to be easy." Mr. Fate said and gathered his stack of papers. "Oh, Min Yoongi!" He called out to the boy who was trying to be sneaky to slip out of the classroom. "Did you forget that we need to talk? Come here, please." Yoongi let out an "UGH.." and dragged his feet across the floor to the teacher's desk. He grabbed a chair nearby and threw his backpack next to it. On the other side of the room, there's me, slowly grab my belongings, trying to listen to what conversation they were having. "I'm going to put you with a tutor." Mr. Fate told him. "What???" Yoongi made an angry face. "I don't need one. I'll do all my work next semester, I swear!" "You told me that the last time I called you up. Stop giving me that fake promise. I did not stutter, so from now on, you will be finishing your homework after school with a tutor." Yoongi sighed and fell back into his chair. Mr. Fate looked up in my direction and we made eye contact. I sense a horrible crap storm coming my way. "Kim Nabi! Come here, please." Mr. Fate smiled. I approached the teacher's desk, taking as much time as I need to prepare myself. Then, in my sweetest, innocent voice, I asked, "Yes, Mr. Fate?" "I would like you to tutor Yoongi after school, starting next semester. Your grades are pretty high, so that shouldn't be too hard." Yoongi and I both looked at each other. "Tf? I'm not studying with that girl." "Wow, rude!" I gave him some death glares. "Mr. Fate, judging on how he's treating me, I don't think I can tutor him. Plus, I have to come home to do chores and my own work." "I can sort the chores problem out with your mother." He replied."And for homework, you can do that while tutoring Yoongi. You always learn better when you're teaching it to someone else. I'll make sure he won't be too disrespectful to you." He glared at Yoongi. I was about to make up some silly excuses when Yoongi suddenly says, "How about you put me with Namjoon? He's smart." Mr. Fate shook his head. "Namjoon's father made a special request for that he won't be occupied with any after-school activities. He has his own classes to attend in the afternoon." "Ugh. Fine, whatever! She will be my tutor then!" "WAI--" Before I could say anything back, Mr. Fate cuts me off. "Great! I'm hoping to see your improvements next year, Yoongi." I stand there motionlessly, watching Mr. Fate gather his papers and wave at us two. When he finally left, Yoongi turn to me. "Hey, Kim. Na. Bi. Let's make a deal. You don't have to tutor me, just go home. I won't tell." "Ya! If he sees your grades getting worse, who do you think is getting in trouble? It's not just YOU, but ME as well." I shot back at him. "Wooooooahhhh there. Aren't you an aggressive little girl. Who would've thought that the innocent girl from yesterday would turn into this kind of person... unbelievable." He laughed. "That's funny." I looked at him straight in the eyes. "You, sir, is the one who's unbelievable. Yesterday, you acted like the nicest cinnamon roll. Now, you're just disrespectful. Did ya drink something weird?" He started leaning closer to my face. "HA.. cinnamon roll. Did you have a crush on me after that?" "Tch. You wish." I lied. "Alright then. Well, I gotta go anyway." He threw his backpack over his shoulders. "See you later, alligator." I stomped back to my desk and shove everything into my bag. "AISHH!! THIS GUY MAKES ME SO ANGRY!" I yelled out loud. "Who?" ---------------------------------------------- Well, I will stop that there lmao. (Also fun fact: I stopped at 666 words.) I wonder who appeared at the end there
