Woah, what's this?! Dillan's finally fucking updating?! It cannot be! Impossible! But nah, I'm back for awhile and decided to put a part 2 to my very first imagine. Maybe write some more. But eh, let's see where the river flows, shall we?

*Reader's POV*

The wind blew through my hair, pushing it back small/lengthy tendrils, before the gust dropped in gusto and they rested gently upon my person; then the cycle repeated, and repeated, and repeated. For hours upon hours, I sat there, my legs dangling over the edge of the lowly cliff - if I were to jump and injure myself, the worst that would happen would be a twisted ankle. But still, my ledge was high enough that I wasn't grazing the sand, but more so that the waves of Long Island Sound grazed me. My eyelids pressed iver my eyes, trying to soak up all the serenity of the moment.

Minutes of said serenity passed before I heard the sounds of feet scrapping against the grass and twine. They approached my area, if they were coming closer to me specifically I could not tell, but it was in my general vicinity. It was in my general vicinity when the sounds stopped and an intense gaze settled on my side.

"I don't know who you are, but if you would kindly stop burning holes into me, that would be appreciated." I spoke softly, but succinctly, with my eyes still close, trying to latch on to any remaining serenity.

No answer, no reaction, came from my statement; their gaze did not let up and my words did not stir a response. Curious, I pryed my eye to peer at the object in question, both eyes becoming more aware as I realized who decided to stare at me in my moment of peace.

"Oh, Percy," I pulled my legs up from over the leg and tucked them criss-crossn infront of me, slouching forward slightly and turning my head to get a better look at him. "What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be in your cabin?"

He put his hands into the pouch of his hoodie before shuffling his way to settle on my other side. He fell unto the ground next to me with a huff. " I could ask you the same thing."

"Touché." I chuckled slightly, "But, no," I said, the humor leaving my tone, "I saw you retreat from the dining pavillion and back into your cabin. You didn't seem to want to leave when your friends came back looking defeated."

        He snorted, "I didn't retreat, I left."

"Yes, in a very untimley fashion, to avoid a rather rude onslaught of personal questions." He tsked, "I think my words choice is justified."

I leaned back on my hand, my right leg stretching over the edge, and my left staying bent; my hands clenched around a few grass blades as I took a deep breath and leaned back on my palms. Percy sat next to me, his gaze once again fixated on me. They seemed to prode at my outershell, trying to firgure something out, something out about me. "Is there a question you'd like to ask me, Percy? If so please don't try to ask me telepathically, because no matter how hard I try, I can't seem to get it to work."

He removed me from his field of vision and let out a small laugh, the corner of my lip twitched upward at the sound, before I forced it back down before he could see it. He returned me to his focus, "You just seemed so unbothered by everything, so peaceful. I admire that, I wish I could do that."

"Oh, Honey, my mind is probably much more wild than you think it is."

He hummed in questioning as he turned his head to focus on the fading horizon. "S'at so? I have a hard time believing that."
