Gender Scan pt1

The past week leading upto the scan was full of excitement. Mainly from Namjoon, he couldnt wait. But Emily was worried, it was going to be the first time seeing her baby. She didnt know what to expect. Jessy on the otherhand was overly excited, she wouldnt stop going on about the baby shower she was going to plan and how she was going to take Emily shopping as soon as they found out. It was great, having all this love and support felt amazing. Not for one minute did she wish that they didn't get kicked Out, infact theyre glad they got kicked out. Otherwise this would have never happened. They were the happiest they have ever been and it was all because of BTS.

*AUTHORS POV*
Emily was already up, she had been for the past hour as she couldn't really sleep much now. Emily heard the buzzing of the alarm, but it was no use. She didnt need it anymore. "Babe its time to wake up" Emily placed a kiss on Namjoons lips and pulled the covers off him. "Mhmm babe, just five more minutes" Namjoon pulled Emily down closer to him and placed his hands on her stomach. "Well, today is the day that we find the gender out, so unless you want to miss it then we've got to move" she smiled beginning to move. "What shall i wear?" Her eyes scanned her wardrobe. "Just wear whatever youll look sexy no matter what" he smirked.
Emily had finally decided what she was going to wear "Ahh, this is perfect". Emily began to make her way to the bathroom and jumped in the shower. Around 10 minutes later she was finished, wrapping a towel around herself she dried her hair and put it in space buns:

She didnt have the effort to do her makeup anymore so she just went without, which really was doing good for her skin. Emily dried herself off and pulled on her outfit:

Stepping back and looking in the mirror she was shocked at the sight of her bump, she hadnt realized shed gotten this big. She was about to leave when she saw A dressed Namjoon stood in the doorway:

"You think you could get out my way?" She said irritated. "Aw but you look so good" he smirked. "We havent got time for that. Come on our appointments in an hour" Emily pushed past him and headed to the living room.
"Looking good Emily. Your bump looks really good in that dress" Jessy and Jungkook said as Emily retrieved the car keys from the table. "Kamsahamnida, but dont go getting any ideas you too" she said looking between the pair of them, half joking and half serious tone in her voice. "You ready to go babe?" Namjoon called from the door entrance
"Yeah, lets go find out the gender of our baby!"

The ride to the hospital took around half an hour. Which only left them around 20 minutes to find the ultrasound part of the building. Following the signs, they made it. It was on the other end of the hospital.. Emily was exhausted by this point so Namjoon volunteered to go and book her in whilst she sat down. The waiting room had only 2 or 3 other women in it. All sat with their husbands.
"Youre all booked in" Namjoon said as he sat down beside her. "Okay, how long did she say the wait would be?" Emily questioned. "Were the next ones in" he held her hand in his and inerlocked their fingers.
The wait was short and they was indeed the next ones in. "Miss Emily please come to the ultrasound room, thankyou" the doctor called.
On the way there the couple didnt let go of eachothers hands, the nerves building up inside of them. It was finally time.
"Lie down on the bed please" instructed the doctor. As Emily lied on the bed she remebered that she was wearing a dress. "Wait! I only have underwear on under this" she panicked. "Its fine, im going to put a cloth cover on your legs anyway" the doctor reassured. With the help of Namjoon her dress was now above her stomach and she had a cover on her legs. Emily reached out for Namjoons hand and squeezed it.
"So the baby looks healthy," the doctor began "it seems to be growing fine and at the right speed. Did you want to find out the gender?". "Yes we do" Namjoon answered. Emily was speechless she couldn't believe that the little human on the screen was theirs, and that it is growing inside of her. "So lets take a look of what the gender is," the doctor moved across her stomach "it looks like youre having a babygirl".
A tear of happiness rolled down Emilys cheek as the news sunk in. She was going to have a little girl. They was going to have a little girl. They could now officially get things ready, it felt so real now. In just a few more months they was going to meet her. "Babe, were going to have a daughter" Namjoon kissed her on the head and placed his hand on her stomach. "Did you guys want a picture?" The doctor asked. "Mhm, yes please. If thats okay?" Emily smiled.

After Emily had got cleaned up and they got their scan pictures they was finally on their way home. They had decided to get one for between them, one between Jungkook and Jessy and one each for the rest of them.
The car ride home was full of excitement and plans on how they were going to reveal the gender to the rest of them. They eventually decided on just telling them when they handed them the scan photo's. It wasnt a fun idea but it was the only one the could do in such short notice. "Can we go shopping this weekend? You know before we have to go on tour the week after? I just want some baby clothes to take with me for when the baby is born. Seeing as were on tour for nearly a year and the babies due in about 5months" Emily said, looking over at Namjoon. "Wait youre still coming on tour with us??" He said, a shocked tone taking over his voice. "Yeah, i just couldnt stand being away from you for so long. I dont want to be on my own aswell. Especially when she comes, i want you to be there. Youre not missing a single moment of this babies life. Im going to make sure of it" She put her hand on his thigh. "Im glad to hear that babe. Of course we can go shopping this weekend. You need some more clothes aswell". Right as their conversation ended they pulled up infront of the dorms. It was time to reveal the gender to the rest of them..

A jumble of thoughts was running through Emilys mind. Namjoon seemed pretty much chill about it. It was time..
