"Look Y/N! it's a Ferris Wheel!"

"Yes Calum, I see the Ferris wheel."

"Well come on! don't you wanna ride?"

"Not really."

"It'll be fine, I'll protect you," he says, putting his arm around your shoulders and holding you close.

"Please Y/N? It'll be fun," he says, giving you puppy dog eyes and pouting a bit, knowing you can't say no to him now.

"Fine," you say sighing,"but if it comes off the hinges and rolls away I'm blaming you."

He chuckles,"That only happens in movies."

"Oh my gosh Calum! quit rocking the damn seat! that sign says specifically not to!" you say as you're nearing the top.

"I'll stop, try not to worry so much," he says, pulling you closer than you already were and kissing your nose.

"Why have we stopped?" you ask,"We're at the very top, why have we stopped?"

"It's fine, they're probably just letting us enjoy the view," Calum says right before the fireworks start.

"Fireworks!" you gasp excitedly,"I love fireworks!"

He chuckles,"I love you Y/N."

"I love you too Calum. But I think I love the fireworks a bit more," you joke. The Ferris wheel starts moving and you tense up.

"I got you," Calum says, kissing your cheek. You turn towards him and let him give you a proper kiss on the lips.
