     The sun baked in Jesse's hair as he stared in the empty room. Attempting to get up pain burned throughout his body. He sharply inhaled and he sat back down. He had many bandages and bruises covered on him, even a small eyepatched that covered his left eye. The door knocked as he heard his commander call out.

  "Jesse? Are you awake?"
He was still upset at him from killing Antonio but unaware what happened to his body.
"...Yes I'm awake"
"Hows your eye Jesse?"
"What... happened?"
"You were reckless trying to help Genji, Angela said your eye got burnt pretty badly"
"Burnt?"
"Jesse you killed six people in a matter of a second..."
"S-six?"

   Jesse pulls off the patch and feels at his eye, it still kinda stings.
    "My eyes still here... how can I still see through it boss?"
"No idea"
"Imma lil' hungry, got anythin'?"
"Yeah, out in the kitchen, I'm not doing the "serving in bed" idea.

   Jesse painfully gets up with Reyes and limps his way down the hallway.
    "Y'know you can really be 'n' ass sometimes"
"Don't push it Jesse"
Reyes sits the cowboy down in a chair at a round table.
"What's your poison?"
"Anythin'"
"Anything?"

   Reyes start patching up a sandwich for him, something quick.
   "How's eh Genji?"
"He's fine, but you shouldn't talk to him he'll dislocate your shoulder in a second"
"Is he really that hot headed?"
"You didn't do anything, just he's all mad about his past. He was just screaming and slashing everything this morning"
"Huh really...?"
"His eyes are kinda bloodshot too, think he only got two hours of sleep"
"Think a nightmare clicked him into this?"
"Jesse, I don't know, go figure it out yourself if you want to get hurt"
"I'm sure I can handle this boss"
"Here's your damn sandwich"
Jesse would chuckle,
"Your a cute one boss"
"Shut up Jesse!"
"I dont really mean it y'know, your always gonna be an asshole"

   Jesse grabs his sandwich and heads out to the balcony, he takes a bite of his sandwich and hears Genji screaming brutalizing the targets.
Jesse cleats his throat loudly and Genji glares at Jesse.

   "That's impressive!"
Genji runs over to the balcony and climbs up to Jesse sitting next to him.
"Woah hey there-"
"-Dont talk about it"
"Bout...?"
"I want to ask you, why did you so eagerly risk your life to save me last night?"
"I don't even remember that night, Genji"
"Hm?"
"Really, if I were to guess I was just protecting you, darlin'"
"I could protect myself, I don't need someone looking after me!"
"Genji, you would've died"
"Died...?"
"I would rather risk my life then for you to lose yours, because your way more important then me"
Genji heads inside not saying anything else, he's still pretty mad about his secret stuff that Jesse doesn't know about.
  
   Jesse finishes his sandwich and grabs his revolver.
He attempts to shoot the still targets but his left eye burns when he tries to clearly aim. He falls in the floor holding his wounded eye.
"Agh Dammit!"

   Standing back up he focuses at the targets still trying to aim, each time he tries it burns more and more. He stares at the 3 targets in front of him shooting once each of them fall. The burning continues but worse then its every been.

   He screams in pain falling on the floor
Reyes runs outside.
"Jesse what the hell did you do?!"
"I-I burnt my damn eye again"
"Ugh idiot"
"I-I can't aim anymore, it hurts..."
"Shut up Jesse you'll be fine"
Reyes picks up Jesse and rushes him inside to Moira.
"His damn eye keeps burning, can you fix it?"
"Possibly"
"B-Boss w-why her, y'know I dont like her"
"Its the only option we have"
"I rather Genji cut my eye out!"
"Jesse be quiet!"
Moira grabs a clipboard and pen and sits over by Jesse who lays on the bed.
"So... how does this occur?"
"Its like magic... I kill a lot of people just with one bullet or something"
"It takes time for you to get used to it, but for now take this pill, it controls things like 'that'"
Jesse takes the pill and swallows it easily feeling dizzy.
"What did you do?"
"There may be Ill affects... but it's not permanent"
She leaves the room bowing.

"Hmph"
Genji stares at him from the corner of the room.
"What are you doing here darlin'?"
"Checking on you"
"Its unexpected"
"I was concerned Jesse..."
"Concerned?"
"Mm"
"Genji, mind commin' over here real quick?"
He nods, trailing his way over to Jesse.
"Hm?"
Grabbing Genjis hand carefully Jesse props up a little shaky.
"I'm kinda dizzy hun, can you bring me to my room?"
Genji stands him up putting Jesse's arm over his shoulder.
Jesse leans his head on Genji but then tries to keep it up.
"Sorry..."
"No need to apologize, you did nothing wrong..."
"Your learning"
"I'm just saying"
They make it up to the room and Genji sits him down.
"Thank you darlin'"
"Hm"

  Genji turns around heading out the door,
"Wait!"
Genji stopping he turns back around toward Jesse.
"You wanna eat with me?"
"Eat? No. I'm not hungry"
"I want the company"
"Fine I'll stay while you eat... What do you want?"
"Anythin'"
"Anything?"
"You sound like Reyes this mornin' Gen"
Genji chuckles which you'll never really hear from him.
"Wait, how bout Raman?"
"Raman? Huh"
"You can never back down a bowl of Raman."

   Genji growls and heads out to the kitchen.
Long minutes pass and Genji hasn't came back.
Jesse gets up and heads out to the kitchen.
He see's Genji's with both bowls of Raman just staring at them while he's sitting at the table.
Tears begin to fill the ninja's eyes and he starts to scream again.

  "Genji!"
Genji hits himself on the floor slamming his fist against it. Rolling around and screaming in Japanese.
"Shut up you bastard, Shut up, Shut up, Get out of my head!"
Jesse kneels over to him holding his hands.
"Genji! Genji can you hear me? I need you to come back to me alright darlin'? Darlin'?"

   Genji clutches Jesse's shirt like death getting as close as he can get possible.
"I'm sorry... I'm sorry... I'm sorry..."
He continues to say quieter and quieter as he comes back from his memory.
Jesse wipes his tears away with his thumb.
"Are you alright?"
Genji sniffles still hanging on to Jesse's shirt.
"I dont want to lose you..."
"Genji?"
"He's not gonna touch you..."
"Genji!"
"I need you to stop thinking about 'him' alright darlin'?"
"I keep getting out of hand... Sorry"
"Let's just go eat shall we"
"I'm sorry you had to get up, did you walk ok?"
"Ye, just a couple trips 'n' all nothin' that bad though"
"Oh?"
"It's been weakening"
"Good..."
"Um Jesse, can you hand me my chopsticks?"
"Yeah"

  Grabbing the chopsticks he paused as he has them In his hand.
"How d'hell do you even use these, I don't understand how you eat with em"
"Just we do..."
"Ah Genji this is amazing!"
"Really? It's not that good"
"You kiddin'?"
"Well-"
"-It's really good"
"T-Thanks I guess"
After silence took over them they decided to part ways till tomorrow.
"Jesse?"
"Yes darlin?'"
"I'll see you at training...?"
"I can't train with you tomorrow but I'll definitely watch"
Genji turns around to his room but is stopped by Jesse.
"I just really like seeing yer arm 'n' yer chest..."
"Jesse?"
"Not to make ya uncomfortable but I just..."
Jesse begins to rub his arm and a little on his chest.
"Jesse your..."
"Its interesting..."
Genji closes his eyes looking a different direction.
"Blushing hun?"
"No, It's just-"
   He pauses jerking his arm away running into his room.
"Dammit what did I do? I took it too far..."

   Looking at Genji's door he hesitates on going in.
"No, I should go to bed..."
Heading in his room he plops down in bed upset at what he did.
He cant get his mind off if it.
Hours pass and he can't sleep because of the nightmares.
The night was rough for him, he had hoped that tomorrow would be better luck.
