Cecilia Rose Eldagar, the heir of the throne of Norlandia. A sacred home for those saved by King John de Eldagar from the grasp of the evil Empress of Swedilania Rose Ell Sweddian. That's how they knew me. Its the daughter of our lord and saviour King John... To be quite honest it was getting old. My whole future relied on a so called existent Earth bending power that has upheld my family. It is just my Father and I, plus a little brother who had to go to soon....

My day started off well, I sat outside on my terrace taking deep breaths of the salty waters the fjord provided. My long dirty blonde locks swayed in front of my dark emerald green eyes blocking the sunlight that shines upon the freshly laid snow. Everything was going well, until I was interrupted by my servant Sebastian, his ruby eyes striked with worry and his black silky hair showed his hurry by the enormous ruffles laced, when on normal days was smoothed and combed.

"Princess, the King would like to see you, he is terribly sick and only has minutes left".

I exited my ruby red door, and Sebastian followed behind as I raced down the corridor. Fear stuck in my eyes. I didn't have the strongest bond with my father but I still cared and loved him. He provided me care and little pieces of love through his tough times of work. I arrived at the olive green door that had vine designs that soon lead to the dark emerald green handle, and I slammed the door open to reveal my sickend father on the brink of death. I don't know how I feel about this situation, but I had a feeling it had to do with her.

"Cecillia Darling..." He hacked, barely able to breathe.

"You know the stories of our powers." He hacked once again.

"They are true, and when I go, I need you to find what is yours and take this country back from her... I love you so much." I had no questions answered before he took his last breath.

"Father" a tear fell down my cheek, "I love you too". I walked calmly down the halls of my castle taking in the pitiful looks of my fathers servants. Exiting to the back garden, the pure white snow was now diminished from the weight of my footsteps. I now know what I must do. I have trained for this day and time by my fathers warnings. My people needed my help and leadership to keep our society going strong because of the recent alarming amounts of deaths sprouting from the population. I was in need of setting out for my ring that is in the Empresses hands. Ancient scriptures of my ancestors were located in one of the small communities of our society explaining how I would be able to control the so call power I 'have'.

"That's the thing I don't have, I dont have the powers I am in need of." I say aloud. How was I, a princess with no powers or stability, going to defeat an Empress that has the capability to create creatures, that can kill?
