You and (crush)are very close friends,you comfort which other when you or him/her are down or even joked around with each other,(crush)always got your back,but one day,you were in love with (second crush),you wanted to confess but found out that you have a sickness that cannot be cured that easily and will be lead to death,you told (crush) about this
