A moment of thought and I flew into action, packing all of my things quickly. I checked the list and I encountered a small problem...where would I get a males special event attire? My brother! Of course!Sneaking into his room and 'borrowing' something of his would be simple. I needed to think of excuses. If he was still there then I was... Well... In trouble.
After formulating a plan more elaborate than needed, I set off. It was almost dinner time so Lance should be down stairs. I snuck down the hall and into my 'darling' brothers room. Thank god he was gone! Back to business Ethan! I quickly grabbed his old dress shirt and dress pants before rushing out of the room. I slowly closed the door behind me and ran into my room. I folded them up carefully and stuffed them deep down in my bag. I took a deep breath as I heard my mother's voice calling me.
"Ellie! Dinner!" After this morning's news her voice was back to normal.
I rolled my eyes and went downstairs,taking them two at a time. I groaned quietly and joined my family at the table.
