It was a Saturday morning and Ichigo had something planned for Y/n. Something big. Although it scared him. What her reaction will be and what she'll say.

"Hey Ichigo." He looked up and saw Y/n. Her silky hair put into a bun(it's down if it's short).

Ichigo smiled, "Hey."

Y/n crossed her arms and grinned. "So... What's this surprise?"

Ichigo blushed a tint of pink, "Uh... Well..."

"Well?" She rose her brow curiously, "you've been friends with me long enough to know I won't judge."

"That's a total lie." Ichigo shook his head playfully.

Y/n gasps, "No it's not! I'm telling the truth like the angel I am." She smiles.

"Yeah you are..." Ichigo mumbled. "So, uh... Anyways... I was wondering if you'd..."

"Hm?"

Ichigo gulped. "Will you... Go out with me?"

Y/n's eyes widened. Her faced flushed a deep crimson, "I-I... Uh.."

"I'm sorry! I didn't--this is so awkward!" Ichigo buried his face in his hands and groaned.

"Don't be sorry! I was actually... Trying to muster up the courage to ask you." Y/n chuckled nervously and scratched the back of her neck.

Ichigo's head snapped up. His brown eyes widened in surprise. "D-does that mean... Is that a yes?"

"Of course dummy!" Y/n huffed with a smile. "So, boyfriend. Would you like to go to the new coffee shop with me?"

"Isn't that the other way around, girlfriend?" Ichigo grinned.

Y/n shrugged. She linked her right arm with Ichigo's left arm, "I don't think it matters. As long as we both agree, we'll be fine."

"True." Ichigo shrugs. "Let's be off then."
"Okay."

Renji Abari
Renji was making his way toward the small room Y/n lived in when she first became a soul reaper. She apparently fell sick once she came back from her latest mission. It was Renji's day off and he wanted to help Y/n get better.

He knocked on the spruce wood door. "Hey, Y/n, it's Renji."

There was a groan then a loud thud. "Owwww... The doors unlocked... Let yourself in."

Renji creaked open the door. "Why the hell is it so dark?"

"The light hurst my eyes!" Y/n had a coughing fit right after she spoke. "Uggghhhhhhhhhhhh!"

Renji walked in, but made sure to close the door. He walked over to the room where he heard Y/n groaning. He squints to try and see her.
