Eddies point of view
I can't stop thinking about last week. I know I hate Richie and he's an awful person but we were so close and I I don't know..I can't feel anything for Richie..I'm not even gay, or am I? I can't think straight..it's 6th period right now and I can't wait to go home, finally the bell rings and I hop out of my chair and go down to my locker.

While I'm down stairs I see Richie talking to his friends. Hopefully they won't notice me, but of course they do. "Hey Eddie spaghetti, whatcha doin after school?" Richie asks leaning against my locker "u uh nothing why?" I question. Why does he care? "There's a party at my house, I think you should come" he says with a smirk. Richie wants me to come to his party? What the heck is this? "I don't know where you live.." I say awkwardly, Mike's looking around and Bills staring at someone..Stanley?

That's weird.."Here" Richie says handing me a invitation "um I'm not really a party pers" Richie cuts me off "Come on! It'll be fun!" He says nudging my arm "ok fine" I give up quickly with almost anything. "great! See ya there" Richie says walking away smiling. Why the heck did he invite me to his party? And why did I say I would go??!
(Later that day)

Beverly and I usually walk home together after school. I meet up with Beverly like we usually do and we start walking towards my house, "What's that In your hand?" Beverly asks looking at the invitation in my hand. I quickly put it away murmuring "Oh uhh nothing" "Oh really now? And that's why your quickly putting it away?" Beverly questions looking at me. Dang it. I can't lie to Beverly she knows me to well.."Fine fine, Richie invited me to his party tonight." I say looking at her. Her eyes glow up "Richie Tozier??!

You're bully Richie Tozier??" She says surprised "Yeah.." I say laughing a little at her surprised expression, "Wow that's new!" She takes the invitation out of my hands reading it "Can I come?" She asks "I mean I guess if you wan" She cuts me off "Great!!" She says excitedly. Great now bevs coming to? Oh no what if I wasn't supposed to invite bev? Hopefully Richie won't mind..we finally reach my house and wave good bye.

I walk in "Hey sweetie!!" My mom practically yells laying on the couch "Hey" I mummer trying to get past "and where do you think your going?" She questions "uh up to my room" I say looking at her "aren't you forgetting something??" She looks at me. I walk up to her kissing her on the cheek and rushing up to my room. My mom always makes me kiss her cheek it's so embarrassing, most when I have friends over, but they've gotten use to it. *Ding* my phone beeps I look down to see who it is an unknown number texted me?

Unknown: Hey :)
Eddie: Who is this?
Unknown: Richie ::))
How the heck did he get my number??
Eddie: How did you get my number?
Richie: Doesn't matter.
Eddie: What do you want?
Richie: Oh nothin just wanted to say hey ;)
Eddie: Okay.
Richie: Whatcha doin?
Richie: I'm watching tv :))
Eddie: Doing homework, uh I gotta go bye.
Richie: Aw okie I leave eds to do his homework :(

That's was weird..I wonder how he got my number? And why did he text me in the first place?
(party time!)

before I knew it, it was time for the party. Beverly and I rode are bikes up to Richies house to see that we were the first ones there. "Should we just go home it isn't that far awa" I start but bev cuts me off (of course) "Of course not! We're already here aren't we?" Beverly says while waking up the stairs. He has a nice looking house I gotta admit, it's not small but it's also not big, it's normal sized I guess you could say. Beverly knocks on the door and we wait a second before Richie answers the door. "Heyyy eds! Oh great you invited bev" he says looking at bev "Hey rich" Beverly says smiling "h hey" I stutter "Come on in y'all are earlier then expected."

He opens the door all the way allowing us to come in. Soon more people come which includes, Mike, Bill, Stanley, Ben, Henry, Beverly, Me, and more. "Ooh lets play spin the bottle!" Beverly yells smiling "Ok!" And "Yeaahh!!" Came from people in the house. We all sat down in a circle with an empty bottle. "Who's goin first?" Mike asks "I'll go" Beverly says. She spins the bottle and it lands on Ben "Ooohhh" comes from people. Beverly gets up and quickly pecks bens lips and sit back down smiling, Ben's face immediately turns red. "M my turn!" Bill says grabbing the bottle, he spins and it lands on Stanley. They both start blushing "No guy on guy!" Mike says "I i don't mind" Stanley mutters looking at Bill. Bill gets closer and kisses Stanley. More people go then it was my turn.

I grab the bottle with shaking hands and spin. Hopefully it doesn't land on anybody I don't like. It's like everything was in slow motion as it turns and lands straight on Richie. That's right Richie Tozier, I look up frightened "Can I spin again?" I quickly ask hoping I can "No going twice, looks like it is what it is" Henry says giving me a big grin. I lean in closer to Richie and it happens. A crash from the window makes us all turns are heads to see a man staring at us in all black.

"BUURRRGAAALLERRRR!!"
Someone screams and everyone starts running. As I'm left there in shock Richie grabs my hand and brings me up stairs to his room. He locks the door and looks at me "Oh my god.." he mumbles "What am I gonna do??" He starts panicking and listens as the man walks around the house. Who would have ever guessed this could ever happen. I'm locked in Richie Toziers room at a party with a burglar down stairs doing who knows what. Richie turns to me "I'm so so sorry that this happened.." he whispers grabbing the telephone on his bedside table and dialing what I'm expecting is 911. "Hey, uh I would like a pepperoni pizza with extra che" I cut him off "Are you serious??! Your ordering pizza, WHEN THERES A BURGLAR IN YOUR HOUSE??"

I whisper scream at him "Sorry please hold, I'm hungry ok!" Richie says "give me that" I say grabbing the phone from him "forget the pizza" I say hanging up the phone "Hey! I was ordering a pizza come on!" He says irritated. I dial 911 and tell them what's going on and hang up. The cops come and search around but find no sign of a burglar but they look at the shattered window and find a strange red ballon with a brick on it saying "You'll float too" isn't that weird? Everyone is gone except for me "Hey want me to walk home with you?" Richie asks, "nah I got my bike outside" I say walking outside but my bikes gone.

Seems someone took it to get away quicker. "Dang it.." I say looking at Richie "How about now?" Richie smiles "Fine" I say and we walk to my house. I go straight to my room and lay on my bed looking up at the ceiling, who knew Richie could actually be a good guy? He's been acting different since we've became partners in English, I wonder why.

Hi! Plot twist huh? I dunno I got really cool ideas in this chapter 😂 also I know there pretty short, I don't want to put to much in one though. Also if y'all think this book is going a little to quick please tell me! Thanks for reading! (If anyone did lol) byeee!!
