We stood at the entrance waiting for our turn to be announced. Of course, we were earlier than most people since we were practically avoiding Team A until the teams are to be announced.
"I wonder how Salamander is going to react" said Gajeel with a smirk on his face.
"Most likely angry for not knowing" I responded to his question amusement showing underneath my cloak.
Then, the team announcing began starting from 8th place.
"Starting with the eighth-ranked rookie team! Can they recapture their past glory? The group name who clashes with their rowdiness! Fairy Tail!"
Right away, the crowd started booing at them.
"Wow...I seriously feel the love." I said sighing. The others just either shook their heads or sighed along with me.
Right away, it seemed Natsu wanted to kill everyone but thankfully, Erza held him back.
"The hounds of hell, Quatro Cerberus!"
The crowd cheered for them.
"In sixth-place, the all-female guild, the dancing girls of the great deep, Mermaid Heel!"
People started cheering once again and some even I could imagine with imaginary hearts.
"In fifth place are the bright blue wings in pitch dark, Blue Pegasus!"
Again, the crowd cheered.
"Continuing with forth place! The goddess of love and war, the holy destroyer, Lamia Scale!"
The crowd cheered for them as well.
"Next up, finishing third place in the elimination round-Oh my! This comes a surprise! The first appearance of this guild, and in third place! The midnight mobile force, Raven Tail!"
Some people cheered while others were confused since most people though Raven Tail was a dark guild.
"(Y/N), Gajeel, Mirajane, Mystagon. Let's go." Laxus speaks seeing it was our turn
"Hai" we all responded.
"The second-place finisher...oh, this is a shocker! Will they become the soaring key with tattered wings? The unbelievable, improbable.." the announcer began as we stepped out of the place with Laxus forming the Fairy Tail mark with lightning while you added wings like a fairy would to it with water, being careful that it doesn't mess up, "...Fairy Tail Team B!" the announcer finishes.
"Nee-chan?" Elfman says
"Gajeel?" Natsu says
"Juvia?" Gray says
"(Y/N)!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!" they all said in unison
"Isn't it against the rules for Laxus to be on the team?"
"Another Fairy Tail team..."
"And what's Mystogan doin' there?" Natsu asks
"Don't tell me you're...Jellal?" Erza says
Jellal puts his finger to his lips signaling shush.
"Seriously????" Natsu and Gray says
My teammates looked at them with smug looks and a smirk except for me and Jellal due to certain reasons.

"Alright, we got one more team left to introduce. That's right! You know who it is! They're the strongest, invincible, indisputable champions! Sabertooth!" the announcer says as people erupted into a loud cheer.
"So you're here huh?" Natsu says
"Let's have a good time, Natsu-san!" Sting says
"Who the hell are you staring at?!" Gajeel says
"Gajeel..." Rogue says
"So that's Fiore's strongest guild?" Gray says
By now, I was away from the other guild members watching them.
I had my hood off but cloak on at this moment just so they could sense I had magic. As I looked around, I caught Sting's eyes and he winked at me.
He mouthed words and I caught them. 'Watch us tigers defeat you lovely fairy' was the words he mouthed. I blinked a couple of times caught off-guard before shaking my head to pay attention.
"Starting with the competition, points have already been divided among the teams. According to their ranking in the elimination round, from first to eighth. Now for the competition part, each team can select one of their members to take part. And for the battle part, the results of fan votes will be taken into consideration. When the sponsors make the pairings." the announcer stopped for a while before continuing on.
"The rules for the battle part are simple. As you can see, the teams face off against each other with the winning team receiving ten points, and the losing team receiving 0 points. In the case of a standoff, both teams will get 5 points. And now, Grand Magic Games' opening game! Let's begin Hidden!"

I am super sorry guys! I was so lazy due to weekdays that I didn't even bother to complete one part of this chapter! Just finished this in around 30 min so expect grammar mistakes and spelling errors. Please don't comment about them! ;-;. Since I had a clear mind, I was able to think properly about this. Same things as always.
Just something else, since you have taken over a certain person's spot, the matchings for Fairy Tail Team B fights will be different. I will just figure it out as I go.. Another thing is that the ending of the match will be the same. Just that the person fighting won't and there will be times where it seems you're going to win but you're not.
I haven't watched Fairy Tail in a long time so I'm going to rewatch the parts I'm going to do. Loving it so far? Nice to know I guess...if you even bother to read this.
Actually, cross that. The scores WON'T be the same. At least...some..
