Finding Her

James P.O.V

After I woke Carlos up from his 'excitement nap' I made him help me build the twins cribs.

"You know you need to name these kids." Carlos says as we walk out of the twins new room.

"I know," I said "can you help me?"

"Sure" Carlos said. We thought for about twenty minutes before Carlos finally said something.

"How about Julian Payton Maslow?" Carlos said.

"Wow, that's actually a good name." I said to Carlos, "And the boy's name can be Trevor Kyle Maslow."

"Okay, well we're done here so lets go see how Alexa's doing with Julian and Trevor." Carlos said walking to the living room. I followed him and when we walked in Alexa was holding Trevor.

"Hey Alexa," Carlos said making Alexa take her eyes away from Trevor, "we're done with the twins room and we even named them."

"Okay," Alexa said smiling while holding Trevor, "so what are their names?"

"Julian Payton Maslow and Trevor Kyle Maslow." I said smiling proudly.

"Aww, those are adorable names!" Alexa said "I really hope Carlos and I's baby is a boy."

"I really hope we have a baby girl." Carlos says smiling.

Then Ms. Julian starts crying. I pick her up and start rocking her. Then I smell the 'wonderful' aroma of a full diaper.

"Whoa someone needs a diaper change." I say going to the twins room. Did I mention that we already put everything up? Well we did so all the diapers and stuff are with the diaper changer. I start changing her diaper when Julian grabs the baby powder that I forgot to close and pours it all on herself.

"Julian!" I say loudly. She just smiles and sneezes. Carlos walks in and sees the mess, he laughs.

"Well I think she tried to take matters into her own hands!" he says while laughing.

I take the diaper off of her and get her baby bath ready. Julian just plays with my necklace while I'm doing this. I put Julian in the bath tub and start to wash her off. While I'm doing this she splashes the water, and when I start to wash the little bit of hair she has she starts to laugh. I'm smiling the whole time about how adorable she is. I finally get her out of the bath and wrap a towel around her. I go to her and Trevor's room and see that Carlos the neat freak super hero has the diaper changer and floor cleaned up. Thank you Carlos.

"Okay little miss mess," I say to Julian as I lay her on the diaper changer "this time I'm gonna close the baby powder." She smiles.

I put a diaper on her and a onesie that says 'I'm daddy's little princess' on it. Then Carlos walked in and put a sleeping Trevor in his crib.

"Alexa and I are gonna head home." Carlos said in the doorway of the twins room.

"Okay, I'll see you guys later." I said as I laid Julian in her crib. Carlos then walked out and I heard the front door open then close. Then I walked to the living room and sat down next to Fox.

"Hey Fox," I said as I petted him "do you wanna go for a walk?"

He wagged his tail and barked. I called a babysitter and then took Fox for a walk in town. I was walking down the sidewalk when I heard a scream from an alley up ahead. I ran to the alley and saw a guy slap a girl who looked a few months pregnant.

"I told you not to get pregnant!" the guy yelled at the girl.

"But it's your baby!" the girl said now in tears.

"You lier!" the guy said slapping the girl again, but this time making her fall backwards. That's when I jumped on the guy and brought him down. Fox bit him where the sun doesn't shine, and I gave him a black eye, a bloody nose, and a busted lip. He then got up and ran off, the girl was still on the ground crying. I crawled over to her and wrapped my arms around her frail frame.

"Shh, it's okay, he's gone now." I say trying to sooth her. I started to take in her image. She had short blonde hair and she was wearing sweatpants and a big shirt, but a baby bump still showed.

"What's your name?" I asked

"Peta," she said while sniffling "Peta Murgatroyd."

"That's a beautiful name." I told her "Do you have a place to stay?"

"No, I lived with that guy," she says looking down "He told me not to get pregnant, then one day he came home drunk and we had sex. I told him I was pregnant a few minutes before you showed up. I'm four months pregnant with a baby girl."

"It's okay," I said "if you want you could move in with me, I found a baby boy and a baby girl so I could help you when that precious bundle of joy arrives." I gave her a smile when she looked up at me. Every second I was with her I felt myself falling in love, even though I just met her I feel like I've known her for years. She makes me feel so happy just sitting here with my arms wrapped around her. I could stay like this forever.

"Okay," she finally says "I'll stay at your house."

I stand up and hold out my hand to help her stand up. She takes it and I feel millions of sparks coarse through my body. She stands up, I grab Fox's leash, and we start to head to my house. Once we get there, I unhook Fox's leash and he runs off, I pay the babysitter, so Peta and I are just standing there.

"Can I see the two babies you were talking about?" she says

"Sure," I say while smiling, I then lead her to Julian and Trevor's room "these are my two kids, Julian and Trevor."

"Oh my gosh," she says smiling while picking up Trevor who is awake "they are so adorable." Trevor smiles at her and I smile at both of them. I think I'm really going to like that I found her.
