The Fire Warlords History

While the nature elves were the first to exist on the islands, and the ice elves being the first to create a kingdom, the Fire Warlords where the first to create a nation filled with powerful generals and weaponry. With their clear superiority to the elves to the south, they had built up their army and created their first civilization in -1725x. While the ice elves prospered during the Tusara age, the Fire Warlords had declared their name to be the "Fire Emperors." Three great leaders, one controlling lightning, one controlling magma, and one controlling the fierce fires, they had rode on horseback, and taken over many small tribes to the south of them. Uniting under one flag, their empire had begun to grow, growing over double their size, then tripling. Soon, they would invade the ice Elves and easily take them down, controlling 2 of the three islands.

The age of prosperity had caused the nomadic Fire Emperors to finally settle with their newly acquired slaves. They had boomed in technology for mass destruction, including the very first flamethrower and an indistinguishable flame, as well as a catapult and dispenser. Many of the technological advancements also was able to tame the ice elves, including torches and branding. However, by -1634X, the ice elves, after a hundred years[-1724X] had revolted. The slaves had turned the tables, for a short while, they had reclaimed their lands, but by overwhelming power and technological advancements, the army had begun to be brought back. A devastating blow to both the economy of the Fire Elves, and the population of the ice elves. With the main power source of the Fire Elves, Mountain Kilomaru, turned out to be a volcano and erupted for the first time in three hundred years. Empowering the fire emperors to maximum power, they had controlled a wave of magma through the towns. Burning every weapon stockpile, burning every ice elf and house of the ice elves, burning the traces of their culture and their old lands, they scorched their own slaves for revolting. Once everything cooled and hardened, only 20% of the slaves remained.

Now needing repayment for their economy and loss of slaves, many of the elves were forced to repopulated the lands. These elves would continue to be weakened and enslaved, working to rebuild the stockpile of weapons and buildings burnt by the wave of magma. However, the end of the enslavement period would come in -1601X, with a surprise attack of the Nature Elves. Known to the Fire Emperors as the "Unholy Crusade", the raids of fast elves attacked and freed the slaves. Although the nature elves took many casualties, the infrastructure of their lands and their economy was destroyed. The collapse of the Fire Emperors happened only three years after the loss of their slaves, and the economy was in ruins.

After twenty years of living in ruins and poverty, the situation only got worse with invasions of the groups the fire emperors once suppressed had continued on to do raids on the weakened fire elves. Tribes of light elves and ice elves would seek vengeance after years of oppression and continuously assault the weak elves. A famine wiped through the already weakened Fire elves and have reduced them to nothing, with only ten thousand of the once three million strong. The elves were left to struggle on their own, due to their rulers from previous years. However, by -1589X, the famine had ended when generous nature elves had spread their magic along the lands, as it was a unclaimed, weakened tribe, who had lost every technological advancement. The tribes were united under a puppet King, named Uiok the Tool. Although famine had ended and the prosperity and rebuilding had taken place, many riots and protests had sprung up around the towns, all protesting the puppet rule. The riots would continue until the killing of the second puppet king, the Teek the Puppet. The new age of the Fire Lords would start up once again, and continue on until -1339. During this time, the lands lived a relatively normal, peaceful lands, however, they were building up for a new attack against those that also attacked them in the past. Coming together in -1331, they all created a treaty to sign their peace. They lived in peace together until -1300, where the new age of war begun. A strike, burning down the nature elves main magic hub, the great tree of Kil, they forced the nature elves past the 30th boundary, far back into their lands. Retaliation by the ice elves forced them back to the 30th boundary, where a stalemate had lasted for twenty years. The treaty was signed in -1105X, where the boundaries remained the same, although the Nature elves weakened for centuries.

With this loss, they were unable to claim that the war was for anything, and the rulers were disposed of. A civil war broke out, where five sides were fighting; the nature elves, the ice elves, the Fire Warlords, the National Unity Union and the Kingdom of Fire. Each had their own goals. The civil war raged on until -1099X, when the Ice Elves took control and re-put a puppet into the lands. From -1099X to -943, the lands where peaceful under the puppets, until the revolutionaries, called the Warlords had claimed the throne and secured it.. Declaring that the lands only to be theirs, and anyone who opposed them had to fight them and their armies. The lands remained relatively peaceful, with only squashing of protests and internal fights to secure the stability. The lands would grow by grabbing nearby islands and building up their internal power and reopening ports and markets to foreigners. The blast of the economy would completely rebuild the entirety of their towns.

The boom of the economy and the boost of infrastructure would end, when Weik the Horrid had taken the throne and plotted an assassination. In 304x, a new war had started up, after the slaughter of the king of the Ice Elves. The civil war between the two, where millions had died had ended. No land was gained on any side, and the king, Weik the Horrid had escaped at the end of the war [402X]. The throne was ascended by another Fire Warlord, and this time, peace was held under an iron grip on the country. When a wave of democracy hit the neighboring countries in 647, the iron grip on the country only increased, it had made the country more strict and less open to the rest of the world. After the wave of protesters was crushed, and the new leader, War'Vee and his young son, of War'Tang, had signed the pact which unified the kingdoms together, peacefully.
