I wake up around 12:00 in the afternoon only to feel bile rising in my throat. I run to the bathroom and start throwing up while leaning into the toilet and for some reason I've thrown up for the past four days, I've felt nauseous for this entire week, eating a lot more, and I've been more moody and emotional then normal. So, I look up my symptoms online, but all the results say I'm pregnant. Which I can't be because I'm a male, but it could have something to do with Derek being an alpha. So, I decided to go to Deaton's because he is the pack emissary

I was just about to go on lunch break, when Stiles walks through the door looking pale " Hello Stiles can I help you?" I say concerned. "Yeah but can we talk in the back it's extremely personal. " okay" I say leading him to the back after switching the sign from open to closed. "Okay Stiles what do you need what do you need help with?" "Well I've been having some weird symptoms." "Okay what kind of symptoms Stiles?" "Well at first I thought I caught a stomach bug, because I started feeling nauseous last Saturday, and it hasn't gone away, the last 4 days I have throwing up every morning, I've been moody and more emotional than usual, and I've been eating more than I usually do." "Have you seen an actual doctor Stiles?" "No because I looked up the symptoms online and every website says that I'm pregnant, which I can't be because I'm a male, so then I thought well maybe I am." "Stiles I want you to be honest with me who did you have sex with and were you bottom?" "My mate D-Derek and I was the bottom." Stiles says while blushing. "Okay how long did Derek claim you as his mate." "Two weeks ago" "Stiles you might be pregnant, because your mates to an alpha and alphas can get their mate pregnant no matter the gender... well that being said hop up on this table."

All the information I received makes me nervous, because what if I am pregnant will Derek want me anymore, but before my thoughts could continue I hear Deaton say "this will be a bit cold" as he puts the cold gel on my stomach and moves a wand thing on my bare stomach. Deaton clicks a button on the machine only to hear two heart beats. I start crying with a smile on my face because I'm so happy. "Stiles congratulations on the twins now go tell Derek about this amazing news." "I will Deaton I'll drive there right now." I say happily.

Derek's pov
I woke up to Stiles shaking me with a dopey grin on his face. "Hey why so happy this early in the morning"I say. "Well first off it's 1:00 in the afternoon, second I have exciting news to tell you but you mister sourwolf have to wake up and meet me downstairs.

Derek comes running down the stairs five minutes later " so what did you want to tell me?" "Well you see I'm pregnant with twins!!" Derek just stands there in shock, so I say " you're going to leave me aren't you" then turns to leave, but stops when Derek grabs Stiles wrist and says "Stiles I would never leave you I'm very excited that my mate is carrying my pups." then pulls Stiles into a hug and kisses Stiles forehead. Stiles then says "so then why did you freeze up like that." " because I've never heard of two male mates conceiving a child let alone two before, so I was just shocked for a moment." Derek says. "I love you Derek!" "I love you too Stiles along with our two precious bundle of joys."
