Hi, I am a human being.
I was assigned female at birth.
But sometimes, I am not female.
I am a nonbinary (gender fluid) human being.
People say I can not experience Dysphoria.
But, I do, and it fucking sucks.
Here is my experience with Dysphoria.

Dysphoria is a punch in the face.
Dysphoria is sitting in your room, looking at yourself in the mirror and wishing you had a flatter chest and slimmer hips.
Dysphoria is feeling anxious when wearing clothes for your assigned gender.
Dysphoria is real.

Dysphoria is panic attacks stemming from not being able to be yourself.
Dysphoria is searching desperately for anything to bind your chest, sometimes binding unsafely.
Dysphoria is getting upset when people misgender you, but then again, they don't know what you identify as, anyway.
Dysphoria is real.

Dysphoria is feeling invalid when your non-LGBTQ+ peers bash the LGBTQ+ community.
Dysphoria is having to deal with "there's only two genders" jokes and comments.
Dysphoria is having people tell you that your dysphoria is not valid because you're not transgender.
Dysphoria is real.

Dysphoria is panic.
Dysphoria is depression and anxiety.
Dysphoria is thoughts of suicide.
Dysphoria is real.

Dysphoria is looking at your genitals and feeling disgusted when you must touch or look at them.
Dysphoria is coming out to someone about your gender identity and them calling you straight up stupid.
Dysphoria is people using the phrase "they means more than one person".
Dysphoria is real.—Emo Cunt💀🥀
Disclaimer: I am nonbinary/genderfluid. This is just my experience of what Dysphoria is to me. Everyone is different.
