Khans POV (1/7 days)

It was like any other morning with my pack; waking up too Rae screeching at the top of her lungs at Thrain for probably legit any reason. I let out a long sigh as i push myself out of bed to go get ready for school, yes, I'm still in school. I suck at it. I've been held back two years and I don't know why my older pack won't let me drop out. Whatever.

I push myself to walk to the bathroom and internally hiss at the cold tile floor on my bare feet. I look up into the mirror as I slap the light switch on and slightly blind myself at the brightness. I realize I look awful. I sigh once more before stripping my clothes and I jump into the shower. I turn on the water and it's fucking freezing, I quickly step away from it and lean up close to the shower wall to avoid the extremely cold water but end up once again jumping away from the cold tile wall. I feel all my muscles tense up and finally the water starts getting warmer.

I slowly step into the mainstream of water as the heat begins to burn my back. But I don't mind, I enjoy this feeling and can finally relax my previously tight body. I quickly wash my hair and body knowing school starts soon and Loer will scold me again if I miss breakfast because "It's so good for your brain and looking at your grades, you could use that".

I huff and turn off the shower, not having much time to dry my hair I quickly shake a towel through it and throw on a navy blue beanie. I slide my skinny black jeans over my still slightly damp legs and struggle to pull them all the way up. I at once finish putting on my pants and quickly put the belt through the loops and throw on an adidas sweatshirt.

I quickly hop down the stairs only to see chaos. Sometimes I just want to strangle every single one of you. I internally think to myself as I grab some toast and an apple. I pull out my phone to see my recent on instagram:

"Are you fucking kidding me?" I mumble under my breath. I felt a small hit to the back of my head and I hear the one and only voice of Loer, "watch your mouth" he spat at me. I shake my head and stare in disbelief of how badly my post was doing. It's been up all night, there should be way more likes. I thought it was a good picture. I sigh and shove my phone back in my pocket.

I look up too see everyone fighting or trying to separate fighting until I hear a door shut from upstairs and see Aricc give us all a glare and everyone stops immediately what they were doing and mumble apologises. "Khan, take yourself and the other kids to school" he says in his deep voice, you can almost see a definition of the word 'alpha' when he speaks.

I quickly nodd and grab Thrain as I walk by, who is almost in a trance looking at Aricc. I've always noticed how he turns bright pink whenever our alpha is even mentioned, I've just never talked to him about it. I made a mental note to ask him about that at some point.

All of us younger kids grab our stuff and get into my car, on the way there we listen to some Khalid and jam out. And once we arrive at the school I stay in the car for a little longer, once I see that the coast is clear I grab my cigarettes and light one up. I know it's bad for me, and I know my pack would kill me if they found out. Which I don't understand because Aricc and Enya smoke but I don't want to mess with them. They're fucking scary. I quickly grab my phone out of my pocket before taking a picture for instagram.
