Chapter Two

Myles' P.O.V.

I tried to get her to come back and talk with me. But she wouldn't and I don't even know why. I want her to be comfortable with me, I want her to want to talk to me. But she won't. And I have no mother fucking idea why.

"I tried dude, I tried to get her to come back and talk to me." I told our friend Ryan.

"Maybe she's just playing hard to get bro." He said gawking at Carter's friend Kalah. He's had a crush on her forever.

"Why don't you go try and make a move on Kalah, everyone sees you gawking at her." I tell him as I push him out to the floor.

*Ryan gives me the finger and walks over to her*

"Umm hey Kalah." He says scratching his head.

"Ohh hey it's Ryan, look Alexis Ryan's over here." She says and looks at her friend with a mischievous look on her face.

"Yea, yea it's Ryan. I uh I was wondering, would you and Carter wanna go to the movies with me and Myles sometime, like maybe tomorrow?" he asks and blushes.

"I can't go to the movies with you. I have a boyfriend. Jeydon." She says really bitchy.

"Ohh, oh yea I forgot, sorry I asked." He says and walks away.

"Hey wait, maybe Alexis would like to go with you guys." She says and nudges Alexis.

"Umm, uh, Alexis is like my little sister, that'd be weird to go to the movies with her." he turns around and tells Kalah.

"Ohh no she likes you as more than a brother. She talks about you all day long." She says making Alexis look like a tomato.

"Okay well Alexis would you like to come and hangout with me and Myles and Carter this weekend?" He asks her. Making her blush soo much.

"Uh, um, I, uh, I'd love too." She says looking down at her shoes.

"Okay then, text me your address and we'll come pick you up." He says putting his number in her phone. And she does the same for his phone.

*Ryan walks back and gives me and evil glare*

"Aye bro why you glaring at me like that? I ask him putting my arms up like I'm surrendering.

"Because you're a dick head." He says and grabs his stuff and sits somewhere else in the bleachers.

"What the fuck did I do? I didn't make you ask Alexis out. You did that yourself." I say standing up an walking towards him.

"You know what you did, you made me go over there and ask Kalah out, and you knew she's dating Jeydon. You know I've liked her forever." He says again gawking at Kalah.

"I didn't make you do shit. You walked over there yourself. I just have you a head start." I say being a smart ass.

"I fucking hate you." He says giving me the finger.

The bell rings signaling first hour is over now time for third. We had block schedules today. My school is retarded. Carter and I had third hour together. I wonder if she's going to be there. I can only hope she will be.

*passing time passes and third hour starts*

We have a sub today. I love this! No work. No homework. Just a movie all hour. I was horribly wrong. We had 4 worksheets, and 2 pages in our book to do for homework. Fuck. My. Life.

"Okay class, no talking, work all hour, and if you need help, just skip it and go on, your parents can help you when you get home." She says and I'm guessing what she's doing now is online shopping.
