Chapter 2

(Adin's POV)

"Why are you crying it's not that big of a deal I'm just done with you you have gotten old I need something new I don't want you anymore you were just my toy anyway." I said with a big smirk on my face

My name is Adin Esposito
I am 17years old
My best friends are
Josh, Michael (aka Mickey) and his twin brother Nicholas (aka Nickey)
I am a player, drug dealer, partier, and fighter
But I was not always like this an event in my past lead to this I will not bore you with the details
Later

I walked away from my ex Michelle and left her there to cry
I hoped on my motorcycles and drove off into the dark
I drove to the only place I knew I could truly be alone I parked my bike by the end of a street and walked the rest of the way
When I finally get up there I take in the beauty of it all the flowers the lake below
Finally I sit under the big oak tree in the middle of it all and light a cigarette when I am done I be sure to put it out I do not throw it on the ground this place is to beautiful for that it is cut off from everything and everyone else that's what makes it perfect
As I put the cigarette bud up I hear someone coming so I hide behind the oak tree and soon enough I see this beautiful girl looks about my age
She is hurt as I was about to come out from my hiding place but something happened I can hear her mumbling something and I go closer to her and realize she's singing and her voice is beautiful and angelic but she starts to cry and yell and just fall apart
She stops she is at the edge of the cliff and I think she is about to jump
I run to stop her I yell for her to stop but it's like she does not hear me I cursed under my breath I grabbed her around her waist
I pick her up and bring her away from the edge when I sit her down I don't let go of her
She goes crazy pushing me fighting me but I don't give up
I place my hand under her chin and turn her head towards me and we make eye contact
As I look into her eyes I can see the pain in the And I realize I'm sees the pain in mine because she is no longer fighting yet she has an sympathetic confused look in her eyes and I quickly hide my pain with a cold look but it doesn't look like she bought it so I don't try any more instead I get a real good look at her face
She has big soft brown eyes, soft smooth lips, long brown hair that's been straightened
I look at the rest of her she is skinny, with black hills on, a red dress with a split, red lip stick, and black mascara
She was absolutely gorgeous even if she had a small cut on the side of her face if was barely noticeable accept of the blood dripping from the cut on her face
"Can you let me go now?" She asked I completely forgot I was holding on to her
"Are you going to run?" I ask her and she puts on a small smile
"No." She says as simply but I hesitate until I finally let her go
I'm kind of nervous which is weird I have never been nervous especially in front of a girl
I get up enough courage to ask her "Are you okay?" She looks beaten up and tired
"Um........ Yes, I'm okay well i'm going to be." She says with a small smile and I look into her eyes and see pain and sorrow but as I stare into them something flickers and she looks away
"Can I take you to your house or get you cleaned up some where?" I asked
"N....." She was about to answer but both of our phones started to ring at the same time
I excused myself and answered my phone
"Hello." I say
"Bro where are you?" Josh asks me from the other end of the phone
"No where. why are you asking?" I answer him
"Well rumors going around you are still going out with Michelle you told us you were going to dump her." I roll my eyes at this and say
"I did but we got to finish this conversation later I'm doing something."
I was about to hang up before hearing
"Wait dude Mickey said he heard there's a new shipment to night you got to come over."
"Okay do you mind if I bring someone?" I ask trying not to be eager
"Naw bro as long as they're cool."
"A'ight be there in ten."
"Okay bye." Josh says hanging up
As I look up the girl is standing where I left her just staring at her phone in horror as it rings I walk up to her and she turns her phone off and puts it in the pocket of her leather jacket
"Do you want to go somewhere with me ? Well do you want to get into some trouble with me?" I ask with a devilish smile and she hesitates but shakes her head yes
"But wait what is your name?" I ask skeptical of if I can trust her
She smiles and says "Nina. And what's yours?" She questions me back
I laugh a little and say "Adin." And wink at her
"Well Adin where are we going?" She questions smiling
"Well Nina we are going to see a friend of mine for some fun." I wink at her
I say as she nods and I lead her down to my bike
She gives me an unsure look and I smile
"Don't worry I have a license." I say which makes her smile
I get on and hand her my helmet I offer to put it on her but she refuses and does it her self
"Hold on tight." I say "yeah right, okay."and she grabs me loosely being a stubborn girl so to teach her a lesson and for my amusement I smile and start to drive slow at first then I speed up way past the speed limit and she realizes how fast we're going and start holding on to me very tight like she's about to die which makes me laugh a little
Soon enough we reach our destination she gets off so quick she almost falls off but I catch her as I get off wrapping my arms around her waist bringing her close to me
And instead of smiling like I expected she sent me a furious death glare backed away from me and said
"It you ever try anything like that again I will kill you." And instead of being afraid of her like she expected me to be I laughed and said
"Look I'm sorry but I had to you were being stubborn." I smiled
"You're such an ass Adin." She simply says and starts walking towards the door
"Oh. Wait I should probably worn you my friends are a little..."
"Bro you finally made it!!" Mickey yells from the house causing Nina to jump back slightly from his loudness I walk up beside her and we walk together the rest of the way to the door
"Wassup bro!" Nickey yells from the couch once we get in side
"Nina this is Michael ,Josh ,and Nicolas" I say as I point at them and look Bach at her
Nina looks uncomfortable and star stuck by the house
*Btw they are at Josh's house*
It has white walls with light blue furniture
And not to mention it is a two story house with five rooms on the top floor and two on the ground floor
"Oh so this is what you meant by (bring a friend) huh Adin. I thought I told you not to bring another one of your (girlfriends) to my house." Josh says *note the sarcasm* which causes Nina to role her eyes and laugh
And the boys gave her a confused look as to why she's laughing because the are so used to being intimidating others even I'm surprised
" hahahahaha you actually think I would date someone like that it's clear he's a player just by his looks. In fact I can read all of you no problem." She finishes of with an amused face
" well if you can read us so well tell us what you think we're like." Nickey challenges her and we all nod our head in agreement
"Well okay first Michael: you are the most quiet one but your a common player that likes to party with an amazing IQ." Michael nods in agreement of what she says
"Nicholas: you are Michael's older and less mature twin brother that all the girl see as danger, you love to go to parties and drink, and you do a small amount of drugs a week." We all laugh knowing how accurate her description is
"Josh: you love playing sports, you are not really a player like your friends, you don't like parties as much only drink when stressed, and your parents aren't around as much as you'd like, sorry." Josh nods
"it's okay"  he smiles
"And finally Adin: you are a complication, you are stupid smart, you aren't as much of a player as the twins but you are still a player, you hide behind this intimidating bad boy look for your reputation even though you're really just a guy with a bad history that's hurting inside." She simply says shocking me and I just stare at her amazed by the fact she had the balls to say that
