I need clean, and neat forms; please don't try to be a rebel and remove anything from there; follow EVERYTHING that is on there, or you will have a delayed debut, or won't be accepted at all。Ulzzangs can be used for model trainees once the trainee forms for them have been released。 Other than that, please use idol face claims; I only accept a 3-year age gap between your trainee and your face claim。
