Oh gosh this book took too long to read! I think it's about time for me to take a break from this book. Oh hello... I'm Erika. I've been reading this crazy book my mom has been making me read. As a rule in this house i have to read 2 hours a day. Well pretty much my life is boring. I can't do anything. I can't go hang with my friends. I can't text after 9 and i am 16 years old. It's hard for me to even have fun on my birthdays or christmas. Sometimes i sneak outside and just look at the stars.... Well i guess i should move on now. "Erika come downstairs right NOW" uh oh i have no idea what i did wrong this time well let me go check. yes mom? i asked "number one... you don't call me mom you call me mother. number two you got a B on your test... you know how i feel about B's. A's only! Which means no internet for 3 months and you gotta finish this 1,000 page book in the next week". are you serious mother? I asked "yes now go upstairs in your room now!" Great now i'm really on lock down. Well i think i'm going to relax outside in the back. It's such a beautiful night outside. And that's when i meet Sam Goodmen. Just the only thing with that is he isn't anywhere good. The first time i saw him i feel in love with him. He walked over towards me with his gorgous smile and eyes that i just feel for him instint. We sat there talking for about 3 hours until i noticed that my mother was looking for me. So i ran in the house and that's when it happened. She saw me talking to Sam. She came outside and told him if he didn't get away from me that she would have someone come and beat him real good. And as soon as we got in the house she told me to never talk to him again or that would be the end of him and me. But i just couldn't resist. After school i went straight to where i saw him last. And there he was reading? umm excuse me? i said as i approched him. I'm really sorry about the other night. It's cool he said. Well i think i'm about to go and hang with my friends you wanna come with me? he asked and i was soo tempted to say yes but i couldn't. i couldn't my mom would kill me i told him. And he said.. well your mom doesn't have to know does she? So we ran off to where him and his friends hung out which was an abandoned house. I had a great time. I drank beer for the first time and i felt free like there was noone else there to stop me from doing what i wanted. I didn't understand why they said Sam was not anywhere near good. I just think he knows how to have fun. Thanks for walking me home i said. Well it's nothing big but i better get out of her before your mom and dad see's me and decide that they wanna chop my head off. Then we both laughed. He ran off and as soon as i opened the door all i heard was my mom complaining about it being 10 at night and i didn't read for my 2 hours and stuff like that so i just told her that i'm tired of hearing her mouth then i ran up too me room.
