Borderlands: End of Simulation

Prolougue

Have you ever looked into the devil's eyes? Well if Satan was truly on some forsaken land, Pandora would be his vacation home; his presence emulating and coarsing through the atmosphere of the bloodshed planet. His appearance would be that in the form of a cowardly yet cruel perspective whom portrays himself as a hero. He has been called by many names throughout his ludicrous life, but who would ever thought that one of those titles would be listed as Handsome? Only a man who's own sanity became broken by his own deeds... I wish I knew so I could curse whatever innocence he clutched and drown it out with my own insanity. But guess you can't kill what is already dead... Well not entirely true for me anyways. Here I am being tossed into this dreaded world where I watch my own wife die in a web materialized by  electricity sending waves of intense pain causing her head to throb in an intense back and forth movement; there was my daughter who witnessed her mother's and hypothetically my own death. I too felt the jolts crackling around my very being, but the pain only fueled my anger as it only intensified my quench for bloodlust for a slow dismemberment of the scientists watching with their little eyes above; the only protection being bullet proof glass. Unfortunately... I suddenly lose my focus as my senses turned wild as a Badass Skag, but before I lost my fight for my sanity, I heard my wife, my love scream for Tina to run. And after that was a solid, echoing boom which wracked my brain 10 times over and over again. Even while I was finally unconcious from the horrible pain, all I could think was, "Did.. She... Get...Away?"
