"Aigoo, I thought I was about to die! That was so embarrassing!" I said to myself

I put my hand on my chest as I breathed heavily.

"Acting cool to avoid embarrassment aren't you, Ara-ssi?" a low voice said behind me.

I swear, blood left my face as I turned my head to meet the owner of the voice.

Lai Guanlin?!

Why is he still here?

"Yah! W-what are you doing here? Are you following me? All this time of you accusing me as your stalker, when in fact you're the one interested in me. Ha!"

He furrowed his eyebrows.

"What? Cat got your tongue? Speak up Mr. Cold Guy. I know you like me, now don't be shy." I smirked as I teased him.

Just then, I was shocked when I saw Tzuyu unnie came bringing bags of grocery.

Guanlin broke our eye contact and began to help Tzuyu unnie carry the groceries.

"Oh? Ara-ssi? You're here? You walked my byeongari home? Thank you for the effort" she smiled at me sweetly

'MY byeongari' There goes this peculiar feeling again. My chest feels so heavy when I heard what she called Guanlin.

I stared at them, especially at Guanlin who just stood beside Tzuyu unnie, carrying the groceries.

I felt betrayed and I don't even know why.

I threw Guanlin an accusing stare.

Tzuyu unnie shifted and made me realize that I haven't answered her question yet.

"U-uhm, yeah, I live here" I pointed at my apartment as I gave out an awkward smile.

"Oh jinjja? Guanlin and I live here too!" She said excitedly as she pointed at the apartment right across mine.
