After class, the two happy kids rushed to the playground and starting to play. After that moment of playing at the playground together, they stopped and think to play more fun than just a playground.

"What else is more fun than the playground?" She asked, he tried to think and looked into his bag. He shove his hand into his bag and reached something, when he took out, it was a jumping rope.

"Ooh, I had one of those, but err..I threw it away because my parents might caught me and thought of having friends again" says the little girl as she put her bag to the side.

"Seriously? Why would your parents won't let you play?" He asked as he tried to play with his jumping rope. "Oh that's unnecessary, forget what I just said and let's play" she said with a giggle, keeping all bright and positive.

When the kid started to play, he tried to thought what did she just said earlier. And stopped. "Here" he gave the jumping rope to her, she hopped ecstaticly and grabbed the jumping rope.

She threw her hands to the back while she's holding the handle of the jumping rope as the rope flew behind her, she tossed her hand while holding the handle as the rope flew over her to the forward and fell as the rope coming closer to her feet then she started to jumped and doing it repeatedly.

She counted every hop on the game until she got to ten. Both of them laughed of fun as both them started to play the whole hour, until they remembered that they have to go home.

"Wow, that's great, let's play again, sometime soon!" She said to her friend with a smile as she's about to wore her bag after she finished playing. "I don't have a feeling to go to school anymore though" The kid sighed.

"Huh? Why? You're not going to be my friend anymore?" She asked in alertly. "No no, I mean, I just don't wanna go to school because I'm scared" He answered weakly as he wore his bag.

"Oh, don't be scared, there's nothing wrong in this schoolhouse" she responded and still confused from what he just said.

"Well, I saw a kid this day and he's trying to run away"

"Running away? Why?"

"He's trying to escape because he failed the quizzes for the fourth time, but Mr. Baldi caught him already before he got to the door" he added as he stuttered of terror "A-and then I heard him screamed..I didn't saw what happened next because I was too scared to watch"

Her eyes widened of sudden confusion and astonishment, she tried to be more positive but the incident happened that her friend witnessed is actually true. She instead said; "Why didn't I saw that?"

"You were probably at the classroom far from the exit" he said as he started to walk away. She rushed and follow him pulling his arm, "oh c'mon, this is just the first time we had our fun" says the begging girl.

"So you think I still have to go to school?" He asked foolishly, "Of course you have to, you'll never see me again if you won't" she frowned.

"Fine, fine, but since you're the also 'the smartest kid', you have to help me with the quizzes too" He responded hastily. "Yay!" Shouts the little girl as she hopped up and down of cheerful.

As both of them split up, waving goodbyes then walking away to go home.

Once Playtime got home lately, their parents are at the couch, waiting for a long time for her. "Where have you been? Why did you got home so late?" Her father asked in his furious tone, she felt so scared as she started to shiver.

"I-I'm sorry, I was got distracted by an accide--"

"Say nothing more and go to your room!" The father shouted of anger, Playtime quickly rushed to her bedroom and almost tripped from the staircase.

"Dear, calm down" The wife said in her calm voice still, "I will if she wasn't planning to escape from her studies" he added as he sit down beside his wife, clenching his fist of uncontrollable anger.

When Playtime got into her room, she saw a bunch of books that filled up the whole space on her desk. She burst into tears as she threw her bag away and flop herself to the bed, sobbing all alone with a pillow she's holding.

Next day of class, it's still the same, nothing changed at all..except that she's acting a little less of herself.

And when it was the end of the class, the two kids met up again. "Hey Paulina!" The kid shouted as he ran closer to her and bumped her shoulders.

She wasn't paying attention until when she got bumped by someone, she shrieked and almost fell. "Woah woah, are you okay?" He asked concernedly and helped her stand firmly to avoid her from falling.

She nodded with a bright smile, "Of course I am, just be careful from whatever you're doin". He raised his eyebrows of confusion and sighed, "You know what, nevermind.." he said, she started to walk away since she doesn't care.

He became even more confused and ran on front of her. "Why are you walking away just like that?" He asked curiously, "Oh uh, the class is done right?" She responded innocently.

"Paulina!" He sighed and facepalmed, "Oh.." She whispered. "Oh sorry, I was just, a little carried away or something" She added and tried to be more proper.

"Hm, by the way, thanks for helping me with the quiz!" He thanked with a wide smile. She laughed, "No problem!"

"So, wanna play again?" He asked as he showed her the jumping rope with a grin. She hopped cheerfully and the same time clapping with a giggle, "Yes, yes!".

They started to play at the playground like yesterday, but then they only did it for a half hour. And so when they're finished, they rushed back to their homes.

When the little girl got back home, she didn't saw her parents anywhere but she didn't care anyway so she ran towards to her room. Weird, there's only few books on her desk.

But she studied still. Suddenly, her father slammed open the door, "PAULI--" He shouted and paused when he noticed that his daughter is already there. He coughed and cleared his throat. "Just keep studying" that's all he what was gonna say and gently closed the door.

She rolled her eyes and finished the final book that she's reading. She dumped her book to the desk frustratedly and throw herself to the bed.
