*A/N* Pic above is what I think Ethan should look like.

"Okay, so what the hell are we?" I ask, planting my hands on my hips. "I thought your father already explained? We're soulmates. Keep up, princess." Ethan drawls, leaning against a nearby tree.He and I are in the clearing from before as it has been dubbed our unofficial official meeting place. "Don't call me princess, Ethan." I snarl, my nerves frayed.
"Or what? Big bad demoness gonna hurt me." Ethan taunts. "Ethan Smith, I swear to all that is hellish in this world that I will slap you next time you speak to me like that." I hiss, my eyes flashing a deadly blood read.
He gulps and nods quickly, his blue eyes wide with fear. "Good. Now come on. You and I need to get to school." I growl, stomping off in the direction of the school. "Grumpy much?" he grumbles with a small pout in place.
"Shut it." I huff, still not in the mood to deal with anyone, human or otherwise. "Yes ma'am." Ethan chuckles tauntingly. I growl quietly and jog up the steps to the school. "Hey princess! You might want to fix your eyes before going in there. They're still blood red." Ethan, whispers, grabbing my wrist.
"What did I say about calling me princess?" I hiss, focusing on changing my eyes back to the original inky black. "Not to do it, but I can't resist teasing you." he says, tugging on a strand of my hair. "Watch yourself, Ethan. You don't want me to lose my temper here." I growl, my eyes narrowing.
"Noted." he says, his bright blue eyes flashing with challenge. I roll my eyes and dart into my first class with Ethan on my heels.
I stay focused on the lesson for about three minutes before I tune the teacher out. I already know all of this stuff anyway.

I glance at Shyarah and see her staring out the window with a scowl in place. 'I guess she would already know all of this.' I think, shrugging.The bell trills signaling the end of class and the students flood the halls. "Hey, man. You were quiet in class today. You okay?" Ashton asks, placing a hand on my shoulder. "Yeah, just have a lot on my mind right now. Don't worry about it." I reply, grinning.
"Okay, if you say so." Ashton says, frowning. Shyarah walks past me and Ashton watches her go. "Damn. She gets hotter and hotter each day. Have you made any progress with her?" he comments, look at me curiously.
"You could say that." I mumble, chuckling nervously. "Nice. She seems like she's in a really bad mood today. You should try to cheer her up." he tells me, wiggling his eyebrows.
"I would rather piss off an injured lion wearing a suit made out of raw steak." I respond, shuddering at the thought of approaching her right now.
"That bad?" "Worse." "Yikes." "Yep." We head to our next class in silence and the rest if the day goes by in a blur.
~~~~~~~Time Skip~~~~~~~
As I walk home, I notice an eerie fog gathering on the streets. "Better hurry home." I mumble, shivering. Whether I shivered in fear or because of the cold, I have no clue"Wise decision, boy." a venomous voice says behind me. I spin around and see a figure cloaked in darkness.
As soon as I lock eyes with him, I turn back around and run home, my heart thudding in my chest. "Shit." I whisper. "That was close."
I run up my stairs and fall into bed, not even bothering to change into my pajamas.
*A/N* Hey y'all. Sorry for not updating in a while, but here ya go. Over six hundred words of Shyarah being in a bad mood and Ethan doing absolutely nothing to help that fact. Anyway, love y'all. Remember to vote, comment, and enjoy. Ciao!
