How... how did that man know my name??? And where did he run off to???
Before any of my questions were answered, a police cruiser pulled up to the alley-way. He walked up to where I was shaking in shock, and knelt down to my height.
"Miss, are you okay? What happened here?" He had a deep, soothing voice; almost like water running through my fingers.
"I... he... creep... smile..." was all I could get out before I crawled over to where the officer was knealing and bawled my eyes out onto his shoulder.
"It's okay. I'm going to take you to the hospital so they can make sure you're okay. When we're there, I'll ask you some questions about what happened here." He picked me up like I was a baby and gently sat me down on the passenger side of his cruiser.
The way to the hospital was silent except for the ocasional static of the walkie-talkie and the wierd things that the officers were saying.
"So ma'am, what were you doing in that dark alley-way all alone so late at night???" The officer (who I found out his name was Bardock [if anyone gets where I got that name let me know!!! I'll dedicate the chapter I'm working on to you if you get it right!!!!]) asked me.
"I was on my way home from work, when the dead man in the corner put his hand over my mouth and yanked me into the alley." I said. I was still in shock, luckily my parents didn't know where I was or what had happened.
"Did he try to do anything to you? Did he hurt you?'
"He... he tried to rape me... b...but some freak came and killed him. He was the one I told you about, the stalker. He told me 'I will answer all your questions in time Julia. But for now, I must leave.' He really creeped me out, I had never told him my name, and have never seen him before today."
"Can you describe him for me? How tall he was? What he was wearing? Anything?" Bardock asked me. I remembered everything about him. But... something deep inside me told me not to give anything away to this man.
"All I remember is that he was in his mid-twenties, buff, and at least 6'8"." I lied.
"Okay. Thank you miss. You'll have to stay here the night, and you won't be able to go to school tomorrow." Bardock instructed.
"Yes, sir." Bardock left the room, closing the door behind him. I started to close my eyes, but I heard the door open.
"Y...You!" I scream/whispered/stuttered. "What are you doing here?!?! Why did you run away like that after you saved me?!?! And... how do you know my name???" I asked. I looked up to see the kid was right in front of me. The first thing I did was look at his sweatshirt covered in fresh blood. "How did you get in here without being noticed?"
"I came here to see you Jewls. I've missed you..."
"I don't even know you!! Get out before I call for a nurse!!" he jumped on top of me, knife at my throat. My heartbeat started to slow, surprisling.
"H...Bu... Why are you not scared of me???" The boy asked, clearly freaked out that I wasn't screaming bloody murder.
"I..I am scared. I'm scared out of my mind. But I want to talk to you. If my heartbeat raises, you'll run away when the doctors get here..." I felt a slight change in temperature, and saw that the kid was going to jump.
"Wait! At least tell me your name... it's the least you can do with everything you've put me through today..."
"Ugggggg," he groaned. "My name is Jeff. And if you tell anyone about me, you'll die. Understand?"
"Y...Yes. Will I see you again?" I asked. I didn't really want to see him again, but my curiousity got the best of me.
"Only when you need help... and in your nightmares." With that, Jeff smirked and jumped out the window.
