Mabel's POV
"Come on Mabel, let's go to the Mystery Shack!" Dipper said. Sarah stepped off the bus. "WAIT WAIT WAIT!!" I shouted. "We can't have our new friend leave so quickly!" Dipper tilted his head, confused. "Come on Sarah! TO THE MYSTERY SHACK!" I grabbed Sarah's hand and Waddles as she giggled. When we got to the Mystery Shack, Sarah's face lit up. Dipper looked at the Mystery Shack sign which read Mystery Hack. "Man, the sign still isn't fixed?" Dipper said. "Oh come on! Look on the bright side! It's open right now!" I pulled on Sarah's hand, nearly dragging her. and took her into the Mystery Shack. "Soos!" I screamed.
"Hey dudes! Your back!" I let go of Sarah's hand, put Waddles on the counter, then pulled Soos in for a hug. Dipper joined in too. "When is Grunkle Stan and Ford coming back?" I asked. "I think they are coming in the next few days! Wait.. was it days... or weeks..." Melody laughed.
"You were right the first time, Soos." Dipper smirked "Can you believe it? We get to spend the whole summer with the auth- Grunkle Ford!" I smirked "Were you gonna call Grunkle Ford the author?" Dipper's eyes widened. "Wha- noooooo....." I broke out in laughter. "Are you seriously going to lie like that?" I said between giggles. Dipper crossed his arms and gave me an annoyed look. I stopped laughing and decided to talk to Soos about what's been going on here. I wonder how he's been running the shack....
Sarah's POV
I wandered around the shack, looking at all the different items . They were a reasonable price. I looked at a snow globe that had the Mystery Shack in it. I picked it up and shook it. I wonder if i should buy this.. It would be a good way to remember this summer... My thoughts we're all over the place. I thought about what's going to happen this summer, the fact that I made friends so quickly, how cute Dipper looked.... WAIT WHAT!?
I shook my head at my thoughts. Then, I heard a loud screech bringing me back down into reality. "EARTH TO SARAH!" Mabel screamed. "O-Oh yeah.." I replied. Mabel grinned as she pulled my hand again. "Soos, is it okay if we move into our old room again?" Soos smiled "Go ahead dude and girl zdude!" Almost immediately, Mabel yanked me up the stairs along with her pig. I'm surprised my arm hasn't gotten ripped off yet. Once in the twins room, Mabel unpacked at the speed of light. Her pet pig managed to find an old food bowl that said 'Waddles'. It caught Mabel's attention fast. "AWWWWWWWW! You found your old food bowl!" Mabel cooed. At least I know her pigs name now. "It feels like we just left.." Mabel said as she looked around. "Mabel, its been, like, a year now." Dipper replied, rolling his eyes. "Oh, don't be such a dork!" Mabel teased. Dipper only shot her a glare. I looked at him while he unpacked, though I was really staring off into space. I got those odd thoughts that would seem as if I had a crush on Dipper, the boy I just met. Mabel looked at me and smirked.
"I see you.." Mabel whispered to me. I felt my cheeks heat up "W-Well y-eah of course you see me, I'm right in front of you.." I whispered , trying to ignore my thoughts and Mabel. "Don't play dumb!" she whispered to me again. I had to end this. "So..." I said aloud. "I should probably head over to my Aunt Tina's." Mabel pouted. "What?" She screeched "But you just came over!"Mabel began to frown. "I know, Mabel." I replied "What about monster hunts?" Mabel said with puppy dog eyes. "Alright, alright. How can I make it up to you?" I said smiling. Mabel now had a large grin on her face. "Sarah, I don't think that's a good id-" Dipper attempted to warn me, but got cut of by Mabel screaming. "SLEEEEEP OVERRRRRRR!" My eyes widened. "I'll have to ask my aunt." I replied "Fair enough!" Mabel said happily. What did I get myself into..
