**Aurora's P.O.V**
I opened my eyes expecting a single ray of sunshine through the small hole high on the wall of my room. But instead I found a LOT of sunlight bursting through the room. I turned my head to survey the place where I am. Some blurry memories of me running wildly in the forest.
Am I in heaven?
"No you are not." A deep voice calmly said.I turned to my right to see a boy sitting there. I was very shocked seeing someone here. My first instinct?
Scream.
So I screamed loudly, instantly jerked up and slapped the boy hard on his cheek. The boy's hand instantly met his cheek where I hit him. His eyes widened and he seemed mortified, frozen in his place.
That's what you get for kidnapping me.
The memory of last night rushed back in my mind.
Oh.... No....
"Adelaide?! Adelaide?! ADELAIDE?! Where are you?!?!" I yelled loudly.
I felt a pair of firm arms wrap around my waist, preventing my wild movements and instructed, "Shh...Easy there stop."
I stopped at the voice. He let go of my waist and I turned around. His cheek was unnaturally red.
......Oops.....
An older lady bustled in the room and looked at me, shock lingering I'm her eyes. But she quickly covered it with a warm smile.
I had regained my composure and stood there, expressionless.
"Please let me go. Adelaide is waiting for me" I half-pleaded.
"Yes mom, she has been screaming that name since she woke up."
The lady turned her head towards her son and nodded, "So I heard." She turned to me, "Who's this Adelaide dear, you're talking about?"
"My sister."
"Where is she waiting for you?"
"On the Edge of the forest."
The lady nodded and turned towards her son, "Adrian, go take her to the edge of the forest now."
Adrian groaned, "Why me?"
"Because you're the one who is awake."
What does she mean? Oh, probably sibling?
He nodded and looked at me. I looked back at him. Brown hair, silky if you ask me, beautiful emerald green eyes, fair skin and sharp jawline.
"Let's go." I abruptly said.
"Yeah." He replied.
****
We've been walking around and I see someone standing near the long trees.
"Adi!!" I yelled and ran towards her.
"Aura!!" She yelled to. We embraced each other in a bone crushing bear hug. I let out a sob of relief.
I gently pushed her away to examine her. A few cuts and bruises, nothing serious. We shared the same honey-brown hair and light brown eyes. The only difference was she had skin problems and freckles.
"Are you okay?" we asked each other at the same time and snickered. Having her with me, I felt safe.
We heard someone clear throat.
"Not to break your little reunion fun but we must get going." He said.
Adi's eyes widened in realization of the audience and she glared at me. I smiled sheepishly.
"Adi, this is Adrian. Adrian, this is--"
"Adelaide" He cut me off. I nodded.
"By the way, what's your name?"
What? He doesn't know? Oh, how will he?
"Aurora." I said. Flashing him a slight smile.
"Oh, okay. Nice names."
The rest of the walk was quiet. Not like awkward quiet, but a comfortable quietness. Everybody drowned in their own thoughts.
When we reached his home, the lady looked at Adelaide and smiled, "Nice to meet you, dear. I'm Mrs. Holly Castellanos. You can call me Holly."
She turned towards both of us and said, "Why don't both of you go and freshen up, and then, you owe us quite an explanation I suppose. Adrian will lead you to your room and Adelaide will come with me."
Me and Adelaide shared a nervous glance as we parted our ways.
