mon-el's pov
me and kara were in a small ship going to daxam, it was a silent ride until i decided to cut the awkwardness with a little chat
"so how do you and elena know eachother, cause you two are like glued together, whenever i see you i see her" she looked up at me and smiled at my question, how can a person be this cute
"she's my childhood friend, we have known each other ever since we were little kids, i can't imagine how my life would have been without her"
she looked at me with a little smile, and her eyes, they reminded me of my sister's, pure, blue and the most peaceful thing you can ever look at.
"do you have a friend like that?", "hannah and jace are the only friends i have, jace is more a bodyguard then a friend but those two have always been there for me no matter what"
"you know i have heard very different things about you, starting with heartless and ending with selfish, elena thinks that you're incredibly hot and too nice"
i laughed at the last part and turned to meet her eyes, her lips were parted, and she thinks i'm incredibly hot, i can't get feelings for her though, i can't let my mom catch another weakness of mine
"and what do you believe" her eyes landed on my lips then back at my eyes, she leaned closer if that's even possible, "i think you're just a prince who needs his princess"
i leaned over about to kiss her when suddenly the ship started making sounds, great anything to break the moment.
"we arrived" she bit her bottom lip and nodded at me while getting back in her old position, after the ship landed, the door opened and i let myself out and grabbed kara's hand to help her get out
she looked around at the buildings and everything while i just started walking towards the palace, now i'm not a show off but literally it's like every guard in the palace and half daxam bowed while we were walking down to the gate
"prince, what are you doing here", the guard looked over at kara and gave her a bow, she raised her eyebrows in confusion and gave me a look as in please explain tf is going on
"i'm just here for the day, you won't have to tell my parents they already know" i walked pass him and entered the palace doors, kara was pretty surprised and she should be, cause this palace is like twice's size as hers
"wow", "it's not as good as you think", "who said i was thinking it was good", i stopped walking once i saw jace practically running towords me, "mon-el, how are you here so early, you have a wedding in a few days"
"my sister is dead and i'm trying to find her grave i think i can rescadulae for that", he turned to see kara and i swear his eyebrows almost hit his hair from how much he just raised them
"princess kara zor el, what brings you here", "my future husband's sister is dead, i'm not your people don't look too surprised" i smiled at her strong answer, dam that women is gonna be my wife.
"okay now to important stuff, mon-el we can't open the lock now", "what why not", he started walking through the hallway, with us of course following him, "we can only open it at night, the lock works with the moon's reflection"
"oh yea, we have that kinda lock on krypton, the moon's energy gives the lock some kinda appearance, it's like the magic pen, you can write but you can only see with light"
"exactly", "well guys look we'll wait until the moon comes up, it's a few hours anyway, come on kara i'll show you your room"
