Day 1 (Part 3)

Lucky Enough for sam its been announced that paper boi isn't pressing any charges and he's free.

On his way home, Sam picks Up a penny on the sidewalk. He slides it into his pocket and continues walking

He arrives At his Dumpster To meet his pocket weasel,
Next to it is a little boy. Shivering In a corner
Sam asks him if he's lost.

He says his dad had been abusing him since the day his parents filed a divorce

Sam's bed is only big enough for one person (cause its literally half of a tiny mattress)
Well sam lets the boy sleep on an old piece of cardboard while he sleeps on his mattress.

About thirty minutes later rain starts coming down
And sam tells the kid to follow him.

They walk to an abandoned Ice cream store that went out of business in the early 90s.
They both sit on the floor and the boy eventually falls asleep on Sam's Shoulder.

Sam slowly strokes his hair and then closes his eyes.
