Chapter 18: Out Of My Mind

"Marc!" I scream as he comes in lifts me in the air making me giggle."Hello Sugarplum you ready to go?" He asks.

"Aren't we not allowed out of school property?" I add.

"I arranged a few things and we are good," he answers. I nod, "Okay, wait here for a second,"

I run into the bed room and grab a crochet and lace shawl. Also my bag and a white lace parasol.

"Mira?" I knock on the door.

"Ready," she says looking stunning.

"Okay come on, you have your parasol?" I ask. She nods and walks up to the door where Marc and Theo were waiting.

"You both look stunning," Marc compliments.

"You don't look bad yourself," I tease and we walk out. I close the door when Abby and Lucas catch up to us.

"Abby you look beautiful!" I say hugging her. She had worn pastel pink short dress with lace.

"You look amazing!" She says back.

"Lucas," Mira snickers.

"You ladies look lovely," Theo complements looking at me. Marc notices and quickly adds,"The limo is waiting,"

We walk outside and there we see it.

A man opens it, Dhampir. It was black and huge. I came in first,"Thank you," I thank the man holding the door for us.

I sit next to Mira and Marc. Theo is in front of me not being able to move his eyes. I talk before Marc notices.

"So now can you tell me where we are going?" I ask.

"Maybe, maybe not," he says. I smile and glance over at Abby. She was holding hands with Lucas which was so cute, why didn't Marc and I didn't. He normally only puts his arms around me. We just spent the rest of the ride talking about class.

*You know you really do look beautiful* I hear in my mind. WHAT IN THE WORLD?! My eyes widen when all of a sudden Marc grabs my thigh.

"What?" I say.

"We are here," he smirks. Who was that?!!? Am I out of my mind?!
