Chapter 5

Lena P.O.V

I saw Nashi running towards me. "Hey Nash! You alright...?" I asked concerned. "Y-Yeah... I just saw dad." My eyes widened. I grabbed her shoulders. "You saw your dad!?" I yelled/asked. "Umm... Yeah.. What's the big deal?" She tilted her head to the side with a confused face.

"Well, it's just that, I haven't seen dad yet..." I looked at the side. Nashi put her hand on my shoulder. I glanced at her and saw her grinning. "I'm sure you'll meet him too! Don't worry!" She gave me her signature toothy grin. I smiled "Yeah, I guess you're right..." We laughed together as we chatted some more.

Storm P.O.V

I went up to Reiki and sat beside him. "Hey Reiki." I sweat-dropped as I saw the red head stuffing his face with strawberry cake.

"Uhh, you do know you'll be the one to pay for all that right?" He froze then stared at me. He chewed a bit then swallowed the remaining cake in his mouth. "W-What...?" I snickered. "Aaww come on man! I'm sure you can make an exception and pay for me!" He begged. I rolled my eyes and sigh. "Fine. Only one time though, got it?" He nodded rapidly. I chuckled. I payed for his cakes.

I stood up and went outside to take a small walk around the city. As I was walking, I accidentally bumped into a man. "Uh sorry about that I wasn't looking where I was going..." He apologized. I looked at him and replied. "Nah, it's cool. I wasn't looking where I was going either." I examined him a bit and saw how he looked like me but a bit more older and mature-looking.

"Hey kid, watcha starin' at?" He had a bored look on his face. I huffed. "Nothing..." He chuckled. "Sure kid, whatever you say." Then he walked away.

I narrowed my eyes. 'Dad...' I glared at him for a bit then walked back to the guild.

Reiki P.O.V

I walked around with my hands on my stomach. "Phew, I'm stuffed." I sigh.

What kind of cake shall I eat tomorrow then? Strawberry? Nah, just ate that. Chocolate? Maybe, but I don't feel like it. Vanilla? Hmm.. Sure, why not-

I was cut off my thoughts when I accidentally trip over a tiny rock. I face-plant on the floor. "Ow... Geez.." I groaned.

"Need a hand, kid?" A kind voice asked. I looked up to see a man with blue hair and black eyes. He also has the same tattoo as mine. The tattoo gave it away, I already knew he was my father.

"Umm, thanks, I guess." I said as I took his hand and he pulled me up from the ground.

He seemed to notice the tattoo in my face because he started to glance at it suspiciously. I pretended to act dumb and ask him. "Uh, why are you staring at me? Is there something on my face?"

"Huh? Oh nothing. But can I ask, are those tattoos natural?"

"Yes, they are. Are yours?"

"Uh, yeah actually." Yup. He's my father.

We stood there, an awkward silence between us. "I should be going now..." I finally spoke. "Alright. Just be careful next time." He said with a small smile.

I nod and made my way back to the guild.

Lena P.O.V

Sigh. I'm glad Nashi already saw her father. I wonder what my father's like. Is he handsome? Smart like mom? Tall? I don't know...

"Hey kid, mind if I sit here?" An unfamiliar voice called from behind me.

I yelped in suprise while he chuckled. "Sorry kid, didn't mean to scare ya." I looked at him confused. "Not to be rude or anything sir but, why do you wanna sit beside me?"

He seemed surprised and put a hand on his face to cover his blush-Wait blush!? "I'll tell ya if ya promise to not laugh." He said reluctantly.

"A-Alright..."

"Well ya see, you kind of look like someone I like. I still like her today but she disappeared." He looked away as if recalling a memory.

I smiled, a smile my mom would always give me. "Why would someone laugh at that. That's sweet, actually."

He inched closer. "Now that I think about it, you do look like her, a lot."

This got me thinking. Aunt Erza, Aunt Lucy and Aunt Juvia would always tell me I look a lot like mom. Even Reiki, Nashi and Storm. If he was reminded of someone because of how I look and I look like mom, that means-

I snapped out of my thoughts and asked him. "What's the name of that person that I remind you of?"

He slightly frowned but it was gone before anyone could notice. "Her name eh? Levy. It's Levy."

D-Dad..? I looked at him with sad smile. He actually cared. He actually feels guilty about mom.

"Hey kid, what's with that face?"

"Uh, Nothing!" I laughed nervously. "Well, I gotta go now. Nice talking to you!" I said, rushing towards Reiki who was sitting beside Storm and Nashi on the other side of the table facing Storm. I sat beside Nashi, facing Reiki.

"So, you guys met your dad yet?" Nashi asked curiously.

"Yup, and he was a total dick." Storm deadpanned.

"Well, my dad is pretty nice." Reiki stated.

"My dad looked awesome! He even has a flying cat beside him. But I don't really like his smell though. He smells like smoke and he reeks of stinky fish. Yuck!" Nashi exclaimed.

"What about you Lena?" Storm asked. "Yeah, what about your dad?" Nashi questioned. "Yeah, he's kinda cool. He actually still cares and thinks about mom. So, he's good, I guess." I shrugged.

We sat there and chatted and pulled a few jokes. After a while, we decided to go and find a place to stay for the time being.

??? P.O.V

"The preparations are almost complete Master."

"Good. Make sure that we'll be able to get those pesky children. And also, eliminate anyone who tries to get in our way, more specifically their parents." I laughed as I watch those children from the lacrima.

Once I have you, I will finally be able to complete my revenge...
