Chapter 2

CERBERUS POV

I was now on earth but I only have a week to stay here or the gates that hold the souls will get out and I'm glad of my reward that night, I was snapped out of my thoughts with a scream, so I go see whats going on.

When I find it I see people beating up that man and when I get a good look at him my instincts told me that I had to protect him and I sense a piece of my master in him and so I attack them and save the master mate. After that was done I go to the poor man and lick his face.

He groans and opens his eyes and jumps as he sees me "please don't hurt me giant dog" the man asks still scared, I go to him and lick his wounds "I guess you're not going to hurt me" I sit and look at him, he starts getting up but starts to fall but I catch him, thank god master let me keep my strength "can you help me to my place boy?" he starts walking and I follow him while he still holds me.

After we got to his apartment he got to his couch.

"You're a strong boy, do you have an owner" he starts rubbing my neck and it feels nice "hm, no collar, you must be astray" he takes his hands away from my neck "do you want to be my dog? I could take care of you and you could protect it seems like a pretty good deal, what do you say" he puts his hand out, that does sound's like a pretty good deal so I put my paw on his hand, he chuckles " I'll take that as a yes, I'll take you tomorrow to get you some stuff"

During the night I was in his bed next to him and it was nice. Just then my master was talking to me in my mind.

'Cerberus how's it going on earth?'  master asks in my head.

'Its great, I found your mate after searching for 2 days master'

'That's great news to hear, tell me about my mate'  master said.

'Um I met him today around noon and I saw him getting badly hurt by these 2 people and so I attacked them so I could protect him'

'Good, let me see him'  I turn my head and let master see him through my eyes 'he's cute, what's his name?' master asks.

'I don't know yet, but I will tell you when I find out master'

'Very well, keep up the good work pet' master says.

I said thank you and then fall asleep for the night.

The next morning we ate breakfast then we left and we went to the pet store and while we were there I see him pick a big black leather collar with spikes and I like it and he could tell I liked it by seeing my tail wagging, he then got me a bowl for food and water and a leash and license and a big bag of dog food and some dog toys.

After we were done he put the collar on me and then the license on it and it said 'BUDDY' and as we walk a person came turd us and I start getting ready to protect him.

"Hey, Levi," the woman says.

He turns his head and smiles "hey Sarah how are you?" Levi ask.

"I'm fine, you?" Sarah ask.

"I got hurt again just because I'm gay"

"Those bastards and I see you got a dog, a big dog," Sarah says.

"Yeah I was getting hurt and he just showed up and fought these 2 guys that were hurting me and he helped me home and I agreed to take care of him since he helped me," Levi says, I lick his hand while rubbing my fur.

"Is that why he's giving me the death glare?" she asks, Levi looks at me.

"Its ok boy she won't hurt me, we've been friends since we were in diapers"

I start to calm down and I sit while they sat on a bench and talk. After few minutes a little boy that looks like maybe 3 years old comes toward us.

"Um mistor I wike your doggy," the boy says.

"Well thank you, you want to pet him he won't hurt you," Levi says.

"Can I?" the boy asks.

"Sure go ahead just be gentle ok," Levi says.

"Ok" the boy starts rubbing my fur "his fur is soft"

"MATTHEW" we all see a woman walking to us and she looks mad so I start getting into protective mode and growl and that stops her "can you calm your dog"

"Sorry he's protective," Levi says as he holds my leash tighter.

After that was done Levi and I went home and he put the dog stuff away while I lied on the couch.

**TIME SKIP**

Time had gone fast and now it's my last day to stay on earth and Levi, but how will I get him to Hell?

'Master.........master can you hear me?'  I said in my head.

'Yes, I can pet, what is it?'  master asks.

'Um we never thought of a way to get him to Hell'

'I have already thought of that, all you have to do is take him where you first met and I'll take care of the rest'  master says.

The next day we went for our walk and led him to where we first met and when we got there a bright light showed up and knocks us out.
