Chapter 4

demon guard

LUCIFER POV

"Is he ok master" Cerberus ask with worry.

"He's ok, he just passed out, this must of been to much to handle at once" I turn my head and see Cerberus with worry "he'll be fine pet, we just have to give him time to adjust that's all"

"Hows your beast doing master?" Cerberus asks.

"He's worried but he's ok" I get up "come on pet lets let him rest"

"Yes, master," Cerberus says.

We then leave and I go do some work and Cerberus went back to the gate.

LEVI POV

I wake up and see that I'm still in the room, I then get up and go to the door and walk out of the room.

As I walked through the hall I saw that the floor and walls were red or maybe a dark red, I then see a window so I went to it and I saw people and demons and I saw a town too.

"What are you doing in this area" I gasp and fear as I saw a demon, I then start running "HEY STOP" he yells as I was still running.

As I ran I turn my head and saw him running after me and he seems to be faster than me.

"Somebody help me" I yell as I ran, I then trip and fall, I try to get up but I fell again and felt pain in my leg, I then see the demon getting closer "what was his name, um........o screw it, BUDDY" the demon was now right in front of me "BUDDY I COULD REALLY USE YOUR PROTECTION RIGHT NOW" I yell then I curl into a ball and cry in fear.

"You know running from a guard is punishment by death" and then a staff just shows up in his hand.

I scream, then I hear a roar and then I see the guard get flown away from me and he lands on his feet.

"Cerberus how dare you attack a guard," the demon says, I then looked and see the 3 headed dog protecting me "wait until your master finds out about this and why did you do that?"

"You were going to hurt the master," Cerberus said.

"Your master is the devil," the demon says.

"I have 2 masters you idiot," Cerberus says in a mad voice.

"Wait till I tell your master you've been cheating on him" Cerberus growls "now get out of my way, he ran from a guard and for that the punishment is death"

Cerberus then walks in front of me and says "if you want to get to him, then you'll have to go through me first" Cerberus says.

"Fine by me," the demon says.

They then start fighting and I try to move away but thanks to my leg its hard to move. I then see the demon kick Cerberus to the end of the hall and turns around and comes to me.

"Now to end this," the demon says as he raises the staff and aims it right at me.

"NO" Cerberus yells then roars and that makes a portal show up and I fall and then lands on a giant dog bed.

"Love" I turn my head and I see it's him from earlier, then the demon grabbed me.

"Let go of me" I try to break free, he then starts crushing me and I scream in pain "your crushing me"

I then see the guy grab the demon wrist and it starts to burn and that makes him yelp in pain and lets go of me and the guy disappears along with the portal that brought me here.

"You ok love?" the guy asked with worry.

"No I think he broke my ribs" I get a jolt of pain " it's getting hard to breath" I start breathing heavy "and my leg might be broken"

"I'll heal you, love, just hold on" he then puts his big hand on my body and a green light shows up and I start feeling a force go through my body, then it stops "ok love your healed but you'll still feel the pain for a few hours but then it goes away and you'll be back to normal" he says.

"Thank you um......I'm sorry I forgot your name" he chuckles.

"Its Lucifer"

"Well thanks again"

"Anything for you love, now can you tell me what happened?" Lucifer says as he picks me up and walks to the desk and then a giant pillow shows up and then he puts me on it gently.

"Well after I woke I left the room and went walking and as I walk a demon showed up and so I got scared and ran from him, and then I fell and then a staff showed up in his hand and then he said-" I get cut off when the door flies open and I see the demon and Cerberus still fighting.

"ENOUGH" Lucifer raises his hands and separates them "what is going on?" they both start talking at once "QUIET" they shut up "one at a time, guard you first"

"Thank you my Lord" he then stands up and says "I was doing my normal patrol around here like always and then I saw him" he points to me "I asked him what he was doing here but he ran and started yelling for a Buddy, whoever that is and then Cerberus shows up and attacks me for no reason, o and my Lord your pet is cheating on you with another master" the demon says.

"Ok, now you Cerberus talk," Lucifer says.

"Yes master, I was at the gate like always when I heard a scream from him " he looks at me "and he was calling for Buddy, you know the name he gave me on earth, so I left the gate and had 2 demons to watch it and so I ran to him and that's when I saw him curled into a ball and shaking in fear because the guard was going to kill Levi with the death staff, which is in his hand right now, I fought him to protect levi, and I understand if your mad at me for leaving the gate and I will except any punishment you give me, but I had to save him master and I'm so sorry" Cerberus as he lowers his head.

Lucifer then comes to me "Levi is what Cerberus is saying true was he going to kill you" I nod as I was still laying on the pillow, he then turns around and goes to the guard "is it true that you were going to kill him?"

"Yes my Lord" I then see the demon get on fire and then starts yelling in pain and then turns into ash.

Lucifer then goes to Cerberus "no don't hurt Cerberus, he protected me"

He turns his head and comes to me "I'm not going to hurt him, love" he then turns around "I'm proud of him for protecting you" he goes to him "I'm proud of you my pet for protecting Levi"

"Thank you, master," Cerberus says.
