Hau x Reader ~ Sweeter then a Malasada ~

Hau's Pov

I was getting ready to meet (Y/n) not realizing it was super early in the morning. Today was the day that we could start our Island challenge together since we've been talking about it for awhile. I looked around my room before rushing out of house to the closest Malasada stand to grab a sweet Malasada for breakfast again it's not the healthiest choice but it still works for food.

I finished the last bite of my second Malasada then started walking to (Y/n)'s House. On my way there i saw the Alola ocean sparkle as the beautiful yet warm Alolan sun reflected off it I stared at it for awhile it was just a sight to take in, I watched as the wild Pikpek flied by me. I finally stopped looking at the beautiful sight and continued walking to (Y/n)'s House.

(Y/n)'s pov

I heard three loud knocks on the front door while i was sitting on the couch. My mom had gone out shopping a few minutes ago, leaving me sitting on the couch while i waited for my friend Hau to come get me. I then opened the door "Good morning (Y/n)" He said staring at me "Hi Hau what brought you here so early we don't have to go for another while" I said "I just wanted to go early it would give us time to talk before we actually head to professor Kukui's" He said well we were heading out the door.

We were walking and talking until we made it to tall grass i started shaking cause i knew not to go into the grass without a pokémon and since i didn't have any yet i started turning around then Hau pulled me into it giving me a reassuring smile, then i felt something scratch me leg i flinched and ran out of the grass to notice a Yungoos was trying to attack us, I fell back to only be caught by Hau and i also noticed that something was protecting us it to be some sort pokémon i sat up to see it was a...Bird of some sort then i heard someone calling our names "(Y/n)! Hau!" It sounded to familiar "Professor Kukui!" I responded to him calling my name i got up and walked up to him with Hau "we are so sorry professor Kukui" I said feel ashamed.

"Wow it's okay, it wouldn't mattered if you were late i'm just glad the both of you are safe" Professor kukui said as he looked at the three pokémon in front of him "well it also looks like these guys decided to save you guys" Professor kukui added "Wait...Are these the starters we are picking today?!" Hau said looking at the pokémon I chuckled and so did Professor kukui "Yup here is Litten, Rowlet and Popplio go ahead pick one" Professor kukui said smiling at the very happy happy pokémon "I choose Rowlet" I replied looking at the Owl "Ok then i choose Litten then" Hau said putting his hand behind his head.

Hau's Pov

(Y/n) and I headed to the closest Malasada stand for a break i ran up and bought a dozen Malasadas for me and (Y/n). I finally got the box of the Malasadas I watched as (Y/n) sighed "What's wrong (Y/n)" I asked with concern "Oh nothing Hau i'm just not hungry" She said looking at the sky as I heard her stomach growl "Hmm? Not hungry you say" I said chuckling "I'm not hungry i'm being truthful" She said with a serious face "Come on (Y/n)! If you don't eat i will have to force feed you" I teased her "You wouldn't dare!" She hissed "Oh yes i would!" I said back to her she then stared at the Malasadas "Try me then" She said in calm yet serious face "Ok i will" I said as i started chasing her with a Malasada in my hand I then tackled her down on the grass I then shoved a tiny piece of the Malasada into her mouth she ate it "Don't ever underestimate me" I said helping her up "Oh i will keep doing it until it annoys you" She teased me "Can i feed you the rest of this Malasada?" I asked blushing a bit "Sure why not" She perked up and we sat back down I grabbed a napkin, I started breaking the malasada into tiny pieces and feeding them to (Y/n).

I feed the last piece to (Y/n) she smiled as she swallowed it, i then grabbed the napkin and Wiped the crumbs off (Y/n)'s face she blushed as i was just finish I then Blushed as i realized i was about to kiss (Y/n) i then pressed my lips against hers i could taste the Malasada i then pulled back "Wow you taste sweeter then a Malasada" I said.
