Chapter 33

**Gaby's POV**

"I need you to come get your man! He needs to get over Emily!" I say into my phone. I hear her giggle in response.

"Fine, but I'm bringing Amber." She says and I roll my eyes. I give in and we say our goodbyes.

*knock* *knock*

"Come in!" I say. Niall walks in and sits next to me on my bed. I lean my head on his shoulder.

"How's Harry?" I ask. He pulls me on his lap.

"He's pissed and he won't leave his room." he sighs. I nod. We sit there for a while before he clears his throat.

"Can I tell you something?" he asks. I nod cuddling closer to him.

"Promise not to laugh or anything?" he asks. He holds up his pinkie. I wrap mine around his.

"I promise." I say. He looks around for a minute. I think he's trying to think of how to tell me.

"I think I found my princess." He says smiling. I feel my insides start to dissolve.

I should be happy for him! Why do I feel like I'm going to throw up my insides?!

"Who is it?" I ask even though I don't want to hear anything about her. I try to smile. It feels physically impossible. I feel like crying until I disappear. I know I have feelings for him. I've hid them for so long. Now I feel too exhausted to hide them any longer.

"The only girl that can make my heart beat faster and slower at the same time. The only girl I imagine spending the rest of my life with. The only girl that can change my appetite. The only girl that I am willing to do anything for. The only girl I would kiss if she would let me. The only girl that can look absolutely beautiful in anything she wears. The only girl who is absolutely oblivious to the fact that I am in love with. The only girl that I know by the name of Gabriella Suzanne McCord. The only girl that is you." He smiles down at me. I'm completely lost for words. He wipes the tears that I couldn't fight back.

"I will understand if you don't feel the same way. I just couldn't hide my feelings anymore. I just hope you won't ignore me." he says frowning slightly.

"I've been in love with you for so long. I never told you because I was afraid you thought of me as a sister." I say truthfully. He smiles hugging me tightly.

"Would you like to go somewhere? Like a date?" he asks. I laugh but I agree. We sat there until we heard someone whispering.

"Do you think they are kissing?" someone whispers.

We get up and open the door to see everyone infront of my door. Everyone gets up and walks away whistling like nothing happened.

"How about we get ready for our date?" Niall asks. I nod before hugging him and walking into my room. I hurried into the shower since I smell. Emily walks in as I'm tearing my closet apart.

"Holy shit woman! Don't take it out on your closet!" she laughs. I tell her about my date and she leaves to ask Niall where we are going. She comes back holding a cream dress and brown sandals.

"He wouldn't tell me where but he handed me these." I put them on and Emily curls my hair.

"5 minutes until I walk in there and drag you out no matter how you look!" Niall yells. I roll my eyes before looking at Emily.

"I called her and she said she will be here and she is bringing Amber." She nods fixing my eyeshadow. Niall knocks saying times up as I grab my purse and open the door. Emily and I walk down the stairs arm-in-arm. Niall smiles at me. He is wearing a tux. He walks me outside and I almost owed myself.

In my driveway is a carriage and two white horses. Like the one Cinderella rode in. The door is held open by a dapper looking Liam. He is in a tux with a top hat. Louis comes up behind me and places a tiara on my head. I laugh at how grumpy he looks. I can tell Niall had to bribe him to dress up. I turn to Niall to thank him.

"You can thank me later if you must. Now we shall have an amazing first date!" He smiles. Harry walks over placing a crown on Niall's head. Harry whispers something in Niall's ear before walking into the house. Niall turns red before walking me to the carriage. I climb in and look at how beautiful it looks. After we are all settled, the driver signals for the horses to start to our unknown destination. I turn to Niall and see him fidgeting.

"What did Harry say to you?" I ask waiting for him to tell me the perverted comment that Harry came up with.

"He said something that I would not like to repeat because gentlemen don't use such language. Besides no one should hear such language." he says laughing.

"He told you to use protection didn't he." I say laughing. He blushes a little.

"How did you know?!" He asks clearly surprised.

"Emily told me the same thing." He simply nods knowing they are exactly the same.

We arrive shortly after at a meadow. It was decorated with lanterns and candles.

"How did you plan all this in such a short amount of time?!" I asked.

"I told the boys I was gunna ask you out. I was just going to take you to a nice restaurant but Liam and Harry had other things in mind." He says as we step out of the carriage. We walk towards a table.

    Zayn is dressed as a waiter. There are two plates of some kind of pasta. We make small talk while we eat until it's time to go home. Niall walks me to my room and gives me a kiss on the forehead. I climb into bed and fall asleep.
