I know, I'm a little evil but I like to keep you guessing!

Chapter Three

Harry's POV

I looked up and saw a mess of blonde hair rush past the kitchen door and towards the hallway leading to the front door, I heard it open and close rather loudly and stared off into space, why had Niall coming running downstairs like that? He usual only come running down the stairs if there is food being made for him, not unless he left something out in the car, I bit into the apple I had gotten out of the fridge and heard more foots steps coming down the stairs. I watched as Liam and Louis entered the kitchen and look around, I chewed on my apple and ignored them both as they sat down, although I couldn't help but notice they both seemed to be worked up over something.

"Have you seen Niall?" Liam asked as he sat down at the breakfast bar.

"Outside. But I think he wants to be alone by the speed he was going." I said a little bit annoyed.

None of them had said more the a dozen words to me today and it was really starting to get on my nerves to be honest, I don't think I can stand not having anyone to talk to but if that's how they wanna be then fine, I don't need my so called best mate for company. I angrily bit into my apple and glared at the wall off in the distance, I was done having them take their anger about all of this on me, there wasn't anything I could do about this whole situation we were all in. I'd love to be able to fix all of this and just go home but there isn't anyway, my only option is to wait it out and hope it dies down, I threw my apple core in the trash and headed out the kitchen.

I decided to clear my head and go out for some fresh air, I didn't care if Niall wanted to be alone that wasn't going to stop me from going out there, I picked up my that I flung down in the hallway and put it on before heading to the door. I quickly opened and shut the door so I didn't the heat out of the house and I crossed my arms over my chest, I looked over and saw Niall sitting on the railing of the deck and I walked over to him, he looked at me quickly before going back to staring at the edge of the woods. I leaned against the railing and looked at the edge of the woods like Niall, it was strangly hypnotic the more I looked at it, it was getting colder out here and it seemed like it was going to start snowing any minute.

Niall didn't have a jacket on which worried me, I didn't want Nialler to catch a cold, just because all of them are acting rude towards me doesn't mean I want them to get sick. I took my jacket off and held it out for Niall to take, he pushed my hand away and shook his then stared at the woods edge again, I huffed and held it out again for him but he pushed it away. What did he think he was doing? I was trying to save he from getting a cold, or even worse then that which would be freezing to death! I wasn't going to let Niall be so stubborn so I held out the jacket again, he looked at me before shaking his head and pushing it anyway again, okay now his making me mad.

"Take the jacket Niall" I said forcefully.

"No. I perfectly fine how I am thank you." He said and looked back at the woods.

"Take it." I said again a shoved the jacket into his chest.

I watched in complete horror as Niall started to topple backwards and over the railing, it all seemed to be happening in slow motion, like in the movies when something horrible happens lie a car crash. I tried to reach out a hand for him to grab but it was to late, he fell over the railing and I felt my heart drop and my mouth drop slightly, NO! This couldn't have happened, not to Niall, please don't let him be hurt please. I quickly raced towards the steps and two at a time so I could get down there quicker, this was all my fault and I would hate for something to happen to the little guy, I reached the bottom and ran around to the side.
