Today's the day! The first time you and your amazing husband are gonna see your amazing little creation made from nothing but pure love and passion! Many emotions were flying around, mostly excitement and nervousness radiating off not only you but Calum as well. Both of you wanted nothing but a perfect baby in your tiny, little belly. But even if something was wrong you would still love her/him just as much. While you and Calum are sitting in the ugly, gray colored waiting room you couldn't help but glance down at his bouncing knee going up and down nonstop. You slide you hand off your thigh to put on his, "You ok baby?" He glances towards you while rubbing your arm, "I'm perfect my love. What about you? How are you feeling?" You debated saying you were nervous just so it wouldn't have any effect on him, "Honestly baby, I'm super happy and can't wait to see our little peanut but i can't deny that I'm not at least a little nervous." He scoots as close to the right side of his tiny, uncomfortable chair to desperately get closer to you. "Aw baby. There's no reasons to be nervous. I promise. Our little nut is gonna be perfect. Its got to be its 50% you and your amazing." You can't help but smile at the amazingly cheesy but so freaking cute husband of yours. "Don't forget who that other 50% begins to baby." you giggle leaning your head on his shoulder smiling to yourself. He carefully turns his head, kissing yours lightly. "I could never baby."
After sitting in those stupid, blue, plastic, uncomfortable chairs you couldn't help but feel very, very relieved when your names were called. "Mr and Mrs Hood?" You got up, grabbing Cals hand and started making your way to the nurse with the beautiful, welcoming smile making your nervousness die down just a little. "Hello guys. How are you all today?" You made eye contact with the beautiful, nice lady in front of you while stating, "Couldn't be better!" As she's walking you guys to your room you feel a pair of soft lips on you left hand, glancing over Calum had given you a very soft, sweet kiss to help calm you down. He knows just what to do when it comes to helping you calm down.
"First baby?" You glance over at the nurse who seems to be getting your paperwork together. "Easy to tell?" You giggle while seeing her also laugh. "Oh most definitely. Most husbands don't hold their wife like that if they've had multiple. There used to it then." You watch the woman walk out of the room as she excuses herself to get the ultrasound machine. You look down to see your husbands handsome, tattooed arm wrapped around your lower body. You glance over in his direction and just stair with nothing but pure love in your eyes. "Staring is creepy babe." You hear him mumble. "Oh like you never stare at me." He glances over to you wearing his amazing smile. "Oh please. Can you blame me? Who wouldn't stare at you?" You laugh while saying, "I could say the same thing to you baby!"
Eventually you hear the door creak open, the squeaky wheels of a machine being rolled in, and footsteps following it. "Alright Mrs. Hood if you could lay on the bed and pull you shirt up for me will get started." You sadly leave the comfort of your husband's arms and carefully lay on the bed slowly pulling you shirt up. As the nurse in still sitting up the machine you see Cal stand up, "What are you-?" But you soon went quite as you watch him lean down and leave a small, little kiss on your tummy. You watch with so much love and aw in your eyes you couldn't even speak. But that only got worse when he mumbles the words. "I love you Peanut." You were speechless but that didn't stop the tears about to fall from you eyes from being so in aw. He Eventually moves up to you and leaves a peck on your lips say, "and I love you baby." You couldn't say it back but he knew you did. As he sits you glance over to the nurse watching with the same amount of aw. "You guys are officially my favorite couple I work with." You smiles up at her Calum giggled. "Ok Y/N. This might be a little cold." You jumped as she placed the cool, blue gel on your tummy. "Ok now if you guys watch the screen, you going to see a black screen but as i move around your little creation will pop up. Your only about 6 weeks so your baby's not very big yet." You sat uncomfortably as she pressed the wand harder on your stomach trying to find the write spot. But even tho it was very uncomfortable you payed more attention to the screen and Calum's hand in yours. After about a minute later a little blob pooped onto the screen. But not just any blog yours and your husbands little baby. The creation you will treasure forever. "Wow baby." As you glance over to Cal you could tell he had just wiped some fresh tears off his chubby cheeks that you love to mess with. "I love you both so much." and at that moment the word happy couldn't even describe how you felt.
