Sungyeol cannot keep secrets but is good in hiding his own feelings. A talent he may have developed just after high school. If it wasn't because of his mother (who thinks both he and Daeyeol should make their spring break a lot more productive) who signed him up in an exclusive cooking class, he would not have known Nam Woohyun.

Well, the truth is, he already knew the neighborhood idiot since middle school. He knows his friends call him Namu and  he calls himself The Great NWH (which suits him because of his talents and conceitedness rolled into one stupid nickname). On top of that, they have zero interaction and to Sungyeol that's all right because who is Nam Woohyun, anyway.

Sungyeol scoffed at the chef in front who was demonstrating the proper grilling technique. "Grilling is so easy, you just have to flip it over once the samgyupsal has turned light brown." Sungyeol rolls his eyes. He is not a preschool, he is Korean, of course can grill a meat to perfection. Before he could complain why is he in this cooking school again, he heard a guy beside him whisper, "What on this goddamn earth is a beef shank taste?" Sungyeol laughed. He is not alone.

"Oh, hi. Nam Woohyun." the guy extended his arm for a formal greeting but Sungyeol did not accept because formalities are not his thing. "Lee Sungyeol." and he was quick to add, "I just don't like shaking hands with people," upon seeing the other guy's disappointed face.

The cooking class lasted for three hours. He found out that the good looking chef's name is Kim Myungsoo and his assistant who is a little bit, no, maybe way to girly is Lee Sungjong. He also founds out that Woohyun is not originally from Seoul and he has caloused fingers. Sungyeol thought, it's not bad to get excited for tomorrow, right?

Sungyeol was not definitely anticipating the boring cooking class, or maybe just a little because they got to eat what they cook if it wasn't soggy or undercooked, and then there's The Great NWH seated beside him clad in a white apron who looks way too good to be a chef. Sungyeol pretends he is not attracted to guys, specifically Nam Woohyun. "Hello." Woohyun smiled as he tried to start a conversation with him. Startled Sungyeol replied back with a simple "Hi, hyung."

That night before sleeping, Sungyeol made a mental note to slow down his coffee intake.
