Good Girls Are Bad Girls - Calum Hood

Chapter Two

I looked over at Calum and lightly nodded, walking in the direction of where he was. We began to talk about ourselves and what we were like. Although I was a big fan and was freaking out before, I kind of relaxed a bit, getting comfortable with Calum. We were having an amazing time getting to know each other and everything went well, until my mother called me. 

"Jacqueline, how is everything?" She asked. 

"Alright, dad's still picking me up at 9, right?" I asked concerned. 

"Yes, make sure to be there a few minutes before, I don't want us to be waiting for you." 

"Alright, look mum, I have to go to the bathroom, I'll be at the gates at 9" I lied. 

"Okay, we'll be there" 

I hung up and threw my phone back into my bag. 

"I'm sorry," I mention, cracking a light smile. 

"That's fine! It seems like your parents really want you at the gates at 9" He joked. 

"Yeah they're really strict about this stuff. I'm not allowed to go out much or hang out with boys." 

"Oh, I hope they don't know that I'm with you right now, I wouldn't want you to get into trouble." 

"Nah, it's fine. They don't know." 

For the rest of the night, Calum and I walked around the park and kept talking about ourselves more. I was getting a little cold and I didn't bring my jacket, being stubborn, I ignored my mother. I rubbed my arms, trying to warm them up a bit. I wasn't really looking at Calum, until I noticed two strong hands tighten around my arms. 

"You cold?" He asked, smiling brightly. 

"A little" 

"Here, have my hoodie" 

"But then you'll be cold" 

"No, it's fine. It's not that bad." 

I smiled and thanked Calum for being so kind to me. I checked the time and it was almost 9. Calum and I were at the back of the park, and it would take a while to get to the gates. 

"We should probably make our way to the gates, it's almost 9." I informed. 

"Alright" Calum softly replied. 

We walked distant at first, until I felt a warm hand hold onto mine, raising it up and intertwining with my fingers. I smiled as Calum brought my hand up to his lips. 

"I don't want this to be the end. I know we only met, but I really would like to hang out with you more, if possible." Calum said, stopping me slowly and standing in front of me. 

"Well, you're in a successful band, you're going to be travelling all the time" 

"Well you have strict parents who don't let you have a boyfriend" 

I laughed at his joking manner and began walking again. It was silent for a few moments until he spoke up again. 

"I think we can do it. We can find a way." 

I smiled knowing that Calum wanted to see me again. 

"Of course" I smiled. 

We were almost at the front gates and I saw my parents waiting out the front of the car. I let go of Calum's hand and looked at him. He understood and moved his hands back aswell. 

"Your parents?" He said nodding towards them in the distance. 

"Yeah" I replied blankly. 

Calum grabbed my hand and pulled me behind a near-by building. His soft lips clashed against mine and his strong arms wrapped around my waist. I smiled under the kiss and he lightly pulled on my hair. I pulled away knowing that it was almost time for me to go. 

"Calum," I began 

"I know you have to go, but here's my number, we'll talk heaps tonight, yeah?" He asked

"Sure" I said putting my number in his phone. 

I gave him one last, big, hug and said goodbye, making my way over to the car. 

"Had a fun time?" My dad asked. 

"Yeah it was good" I smiled jumping into the back. 

"Where'd you get that hoodie from, Jacqueline?" 

I froze. I forgot I was still wearing Calum's hoodie and I was quickly thinking of what to say. 

"Oh, Emma had a spare one just in case and she gave it to me because I felt a bit cold." I hoped that worked. 

"Alright, just don't forget to give it back to her." 

I sighed in relief as I managed to get the lie off my chest. 

I looked out the window, singing along to the song on the radio. My phone buzzed and I looked down.
