CHAPTER TWELVE: DINNER

Xavier's POV

I was talking to Jason when I realized that my hand was no longer touching Lauren's and I looked around and saw her nowhere. "Jason, have you seen Lauren? While we were talking?"

"Oh, they went upstairs with Felicity to check some of the baby pictures and albums that you have. They were staying at the-"

"Oh no, I gotta go I gotta go she's gonna see everything!"

"I'll come with you."

We raced through the stairs and went straight to the room where they are immediately and found they lying in the bed, giggling. She looked so hot just sitting there in the bed.

"What are you both doing!"

"Oh, hi! we were just checking your old baby photos and your chubby chubby cute cheeks when you were youngggg!" Felicity screamed that made Lauren giggle even more.

"Oh give that to me guys!"

"No wayy! We are still looking through it!"

"Come on!!!"

"Come on Sweetheart, just give that to him." Jason said.

"Oh not so fast guys, We are still gonna check the old stuff you have in your own room!" Felicity snickered.

"Xavier it's okay! I'm enjoying that I am watching your old pictures! You are the cutest baby ever!" Lauren beamed.

"Really?" I said.

"Yeah! You do you are so cutee!" Lauren came up to me and squeezed my cheeks and gave them a peck.

I leaned to her and gave her a long kiss and damn she followed back!
We were so ready to pounce each other that we heard both clearing of throats and we immediately stopped.

"Excuse me, PRIVACY PLEASE!!!!!" She rolled her eyes and dragged Jason out the door. When they closed the door, I immediately put my gaze back to Lauren, undressing her with my eyes which I will definitely do.

I started to kiss her  and as I was starting to unbutton her blouse there was a loud knock on the door.

"Mom is telling us that dinner is ready!! You guys better come out or else we will budge right in!!!!" Felicity screamed and kept knocking.

"Well honey, I guess we really have to." She smiled and buttoned back her blouse and fixed herself.

I gave her a tight hug and a kiss in the forehead before opening the door to Felicity bickering.

We got down and saw different types of dishes and I saw Lauren's eyes gleam with that look because even if she just ate she will always be hungry and will never stop eating food.

"Try some of these dear, It's really good!" Mom said.

"Sure Maam-Mom Definitely." She smiled.

"No worries dear, make yourself at home!"

After dinner we all went outside the pool to drink some wine and talk about what our plans for Lauren would be in the future for the baby.

"I can't wait for Xavier to finally settle down and will be able to relax and spend time with his family! He is always just roaming around and keeping himself busy at all times and he never has the proper time to just sit down and enjoy some things." Mom said.

Lauren kept talking to her and I excused myself and went back to the kitchen to help Felicity fix up some goodies for me and Lauren to bring home.

"Hey, let me help."

"Bro, you better take good care of her. She is truly a keeper. Make sure you never forget to feed her more than usual and always give her her needs."
Felicity sighed while putting the cookies in a tin box.

"Of course, I would do anything just for her."

"You think I don't realize do you??"

When she said those words I suddenly panicked on the inside thinking that maybe she knows my plan but the boisterous laughter calmed me.

"I realized that you are becoming a mature man now. Taking care of a family? Wow, I'm proud of you. If you ever need help with you and Lauren, I'm here because the marriage life can always have ups and downs." She hugged me tight and brought the bags to give to Lauren.

We enjoyed the time and finally decided to go home after a couple of drinks and talks about how to survive and maintain a good family life.

Wow. They really don't think that I could give my new family everything. No, I have to do what's best for Lauren, because ever since I laid eyes on her I knew that she was the one.
