her eyes become
red from all
the crying.
and her under eyes became
darker than
midnight.
her ears can hear
no more
because of the
harsh words
she learned to
ignore.
her body is filled
with scars and
bruises.
her mind is filled
with memories
of the past.
she ruined herself.
but she said it
was for the
better.
and those were
only the beginning
of the challenges
she has to
face for her to be
stronger.
